If you're only looking for a place to sleep, this hostel will suit you fine. It was a bit weird how the check-in was solely electronic and involved no human interaction but it worked. The beds are old metal ones that creak a lot and the mattresses are fine for one or two nights as well as very clean. The...

I stayed 2 nights at this hostel and the only people who worked there that I saw were the cleaning staff. It did not have the feel of a hostel as there was no good common area and no staff to ask about what to do in the area, how to get somewhere. I like the personal touch of hostels...

DONT STAY HERE. I called this hostel before booking online and they said they had space and were aware of my reservation. Once I arrived, I realized I had not been sent any of the checkin information or door code, which basically meant i was locked outside in the cold (because no staff are at the hostel). I then called...

This place is so unprofessional you would think you are staying in a homeless shelter. First of all before I even get there they already double charged my debit card and I wouldn't see that money for another three days. The most the owner did was send me and email saying sorry. Then the night I'm suppose to stay I...

We drove by the Camelot by Crystal Hot Springs and thought we would stay there. My husband called and asked about prices. About 15 minutes later we got a text from the owner asking us not to book a room. It was a little strange but we made sure we didn't book.

Two months before the trip I booked this hostel through the site booking.com. During these two months, the hostel is constantly sending me threatening letters about cancellation in the event of failure of any conditions - late arrivals and so on. Constantly he had sent letters with instructions on what the move to the hostel. They demanded fill, scan and...

My daughter booked 10 days there, but only spent 1 night. Between the Tram stop and the Camelot she was approached by homeless men who wanted her personal belongings. They grabbed at her things and tried to pull them away. Once that she was inside the hostel she was safe but was too afraid to leave. I emailed "Arthur" to...

I found my accommodation at Camelot hot, and a bit uncomfortable. But then again, I found Salt Lake City hot and uncomfortable... The location is great, with the train stopping right around the corner. There's not much within walking distance (I tried, and I got quite sweaty). There's a fully equipped kitchen, the amenities are fine, and it's a place...

Had a great stay, place is unique and fun. And the prices are hard to beat, especially while traveling through for work. I will stay here everyone I'm in salt lake and will recommend it to others. Hope this review is helpful.
