Nice hotel but disappointed that the only thing they offer spg gold members is a cup of coffee- rather unusual I have found in my travels. The room is fairly large - 2 queen size beds. Difficult to get to in busy traffic making a left turn on 500 south with no left turn arrow.

Stayed at hotel during first week of June 6 days for business. One of my worst large hotel chain experiences. I typically travel 5-6 times per year over the past 15 years. This one takes the cake. Construction outside room all week, toilet paper hanger fell off wall, and the room next door was used as a construction worker room....

Did a road trip through Utah with my sons and was ready for a little more space by the time we arrived in SLC. Booked a King room/ loft with a deck/view of the pool for $144 a night. What an amazing value! The room was very nice, pillow top luxury linens and updated furnishings. The service, from front desk...

The Sheraton is a very nice hotel. We stay there 4-5 times a year. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and big bathrooms with the larger garden style type tubs. We also like to eat and have a nightcap in the bar area. The staff is friendly. We just don't like being accosted by panhandlers every time we...

Dear oj_eureka, Thank you for being a loyal, repeat guest. I'm glad you enjoy staying with us. The topic of panhandlers in downtown Salt Lake City is a difficult one for sure. We will keep monitoring and have our security staff patrol the exterior to keep situations like this from happening. Jeff N. Director of Sales & Marketing

Brought the family out west and stayed here. Great hotel, clean and spacious room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to lots in the city and easy to get to from the airport. The kids loved the big pool. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for a conference at the Salt Palace which is a 15 minute walk north. Our 8th floor room was comfortable but unremarkable. The club lounge is large but could use more smaller tables. The breakfast was identical every morning, eggs but no bacon or sausage. The bar downstairs serves very small drinks. And Utah law does...

Short complimentary shuttle service to clean, comfortable, quiet room with a nice mountain view from the balcony. Complimentary internet in the lobby. very nice staff. Friendly and helpful. A/C comfort was fine. In house restaurant served good food. Hotel accomodations were modern and in good condition. Room lighting was very good and bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Sheraton, Salt Lake City is located in SLC Downtown which is by far one of the most posh urban localities in SLC. The downtown, unlike the outskirts of the city is surrounded all round by hills and mountains surrounding SLC. The Service of the hotel is excellent and you will have a memorable stay here. This is a very interesting Sheraton. There are many rooms that are loft styles here, so fortunately, they upgraded me into a loft being a Platinum member.
