The University Guest House and Conference Center is a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean, quiet, and had a gorgeous view. The complimentary breakfast had everything you would want. There was fresh fruit and beverages available throughout the day. The exercise room had a variety of quality equipment for any kind of workout. The location was close to...

We stayed here while apartment hunting for my daughter who will be attending n the fall. Helpful staff, nice double room, very clean, very modern bathroom, quiet, super convenient to the U of U campus. Included breakfast was a highlight, convenient hours, well maintained, nice options, Starbucks Coffee all day! Will stay here the next time I am in town.

This is my favorite place to stay. It is clean, friendly and quiet. All staff go out of their way to make your stay the best possible. My daughter and I choose to stay here every time we come to Salt Lake for auditions or shows!

If you have a loved one in the hospital for an extended period, it helps to be able to stay at the University Guest House that is located a short drive (or walk, if it is not too hot) away. University Guest House is clean and bright and comfortable. The maids don't know how to make a bed properly, and...

We stayed one night while looking at the campus. Great location, and even the campus bus stops at the hotel. Very nice. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was very good too. We enjoyed having coffee on the outside patio.

I think the hotel is excellent IF they are not fully booked. We've stayed here several times and always had excellent service. This last stay was not as "excellent". It is convenient for the hospitals, my husband had procedures both at the University of Utah and Huntsman Cancer Hospitals and the hotel is so convenient. Both my husband and I...

AGentlRose, Thank you for your review. I apologize that this stay was not as excellent as previous stays. Regardless of how busy we are you should not have to accept less than excellent service. I will speak to the front desk regarding the way they handled your situation with your husband and how we handled your towel situation. I am...

The front desk customer service at the University Guest House is outstanding. I was met at all times, day and night, with a smile and polite, friendly service. The staff were eager to help and competently answered my questions about getting around the city. One staff member even offered to drive me to the pharmacy to get cold medicine. What...

I loved the hotel. I love the staff. Service was exceptional. Complimentary breakfast and rides around campus were amazing. The best were the archival photographs of the university. (The hurdlers on the third floor were my favorite). I've stayed in five star ritzy hotels. I would take University Guest House over all of them.
