The room was super clean walking in! I was impressed with the large area of the kitchen space, the sitting foyer area with the couch and work desk with an extra TV in this space. The double queen bed area with a large TV was great to relax and have extra space!

Another great stay at the Guest House. Comfortable, clean, very close to The University of Utah, hospitals, across the street from the trax. Free continental breakfast, very reasonably priced. Our favorite place to stay when visiting our son.

Very clean, excellent amenities, nice view... staff very polite and helpful. Room had all handicap assistance. Impressed by complete kitchen amenities, comfortable bed, sufficient outlets for chargers. Hope to be able to get a room next time!

Very clean and everything needed for a comfortable stay for my wife and myself. The price was great too. We stayed in the largest suite with a full kitchen. Bedding was exceptionally comfortable. We came into Salt Lake to take care of medical stuff at the University of Utah which was very close to our hotel. Not sure how we could have navigated this area without GPS navigation? Beautiful mountain area and campus. Enjoy.

Very spacious suite! Clean, modern and quiet. My only complaint is having to go outside to another entrance to get to breakfast on a cold morning. There was a alittle snafu with the internet, I did not have it in my room for a short period but after a call to the front desk it started working shortly after.

University Guest House was a perfect place to stay while visiting University of Utah. Super convenient, safe, spacious and very comfortable. The complimentary morning breakfast was tasty and helpful before a busy day. Free parking too!

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful especially the one in the morning of February 13th. They gave us shuttle information and it was a nice cozy experience. The hotel room view was amazing as well. Everything regarding the hospital was close by.

The rooms are always spotless, and comfortable. Fluffy pillows and a warm comforter always help me sleep better. I like the window shade options- one lets in some light, and the other completely blocks any light from coming in. For me, the close proximity to the Huntsman Cancer Cancer, where I’m being treated for cancer, is so important, and the Guest House provides a discount for cancer patients. I’m so grateful to have a safe, comfy, and welcoming place to stay!

My review is in process; let’s see how they handle screwing up my arrival date—for surgery at University Med—booking wrong date and charging me and leaving me with no place to stay after surgery—and I may amend my review. I would have thought that a guest who is on the surgical calendar would receive decent, competent treatment. Kind of important. As I say—we will see how they fix their (serious)mistake. Brian Martin
