After driving all over Olympic NP with everyplace we stayed not having cell phone service, we were expecting our stay at Elwha Ranch to be the same since it was tucked away in the mountains. Turns out there was service, but then I didn't care. The view, and ambiance, from this B&B kept my attention. We were in Suite 1,... More

We stayed in the cabin. It looks about 20 years old, but is in decent shape. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It has 3 rooms - kitchen with table for 2, small stove and fridge, and full size washer and dryer; bathroom with shower; and a large room that serves as the bedroom and living area. The deck looks... We stayed in the cabin which included a washer & dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, TV, etc. The kitchen was not well equipped. It needs basic things like a corkscrew and grater. The contents are dated and could use a thorough & detailed cleaning. A lot of the towels, rugs, etc really need to be replaced and updated. It's advertised as... More

Beautiful location on the edge of the mountains.... A real change from busy city life. Bob and Margret are proud to tell you about the area and take of you. Their hospitality is genuine and welcome. We recommend staying here for the comfort and participation in country life.

We stayed at Elwha Ranch with our 3 kids. Location is quite and simple. Our kids could not find a lot to do around and even the nice view is somewhat limited. The owners are nice and keep the place clean. Would recommend to have some modern upgrade to the place as most items (beds, leaving room and other items)... More

I was looking for a romantic getaway for a weekend in the Olympic Peninsula and began calling and emailing B&Bs. Elwha Ranch's pictures looked far better than those of others in the same or lower price ranges, and I was very interested in the cabin. Dealing with the owners was a joy, and also like being in the 1950's (in... More

Bob and Margret are the sweetest people you will meet in Port Angeles. They were very accommodating and we really appreciate all their extra mile efforts. The ranch is beautiful, we stayed in the cabin (which is their best room and comes highly recommended) apart from their home and the bottom floor suites. I thought the location was perfect: they... Really disappointed with stay. We do not recommend this. We booked to stay but turned up to find they weren't expecting us. Stayed in suite 2- great views. The suite was dated- that I was less concerned about- it was like staying with your grandparents. But the facilities were not great for $140/night plus tax. She was not cooking breakfasts... More

The view from our rooms (Suite 2) was spectacular! The breakfasts were great and the hosts were very welcoming and nice. They've obviously lived in the area for many years so could give some good advice on things to do. They didn't have cable TV in the suite, so bring plenty of things to keep your kids occupied. We were... More

I liked Elwah Ranch B&B. We stayed in the cabin and had a blast. I agree with previous reviews in that the decor is a bit dated/funky but the place was clean. And yes, there are a few religious pieces in the cabin but we thought they matched the kitchy decor. Margaret & Bob were very sweet. We didn't really... More
