We only had a one night stay here but would have found enough to do in the area to stay longer. Accommodation was ideal for us with a separate bedroom and a sofa bed meaning we both got a good night's sleep. Facilities for self catering adequate, breakfast delivered to the villa was fine for what we needed.

Location first class with superb views, cleanliness good apart from what appeared to be a mouldy shower and a loose toilet seat. The list of facilities on booking.com indicated that there was an additional toilet in the apartment but it turned out that was not the case; there is only one, which for 2 couples was not what we thought we had booked. Main criticism was the booking process. When booking I was looking for a 2 bedroom apartment as my wife and I were travelling with another couple. At the time of booking I inadvertently did not realise that there was an additional payment required for 2 extra adults and I freely admit that was a mistake made by me. They required an additional $38 per head. We ended up paying $391 for a one night stay! There were 2 good sized beds in the apartment and, after enquiring with the manager, it was indicated that if there had been only 2 of us we would be entitled to have used both beds. In other words we were charged $76 for 2 additional guests to sleep in a bed plus the costs of additional laundry and a small amount of electricity. I have to admit that appears somewhat excessive. We spoke to the manager prior to our departure and she adopted a somewhat blasé attitude to our questions. It appeared that she was endeavouring to lay the blame at the feet of booking.com but surely the motel must be responsible for providing the correct information to them in the first place. Quite sincerely, in the light of our comments, we do not consider that we received particularly good value for our money, despite our overall rating as 4 star.

Had a wonderful two night stay here. Accommodation is very spacious , very clean and a nice change from a smaller hotel or b&b. Continental breakfast works well - delivered to your chalet . Reception staff were excellent. Couldn’t do enough for you. Keep up the great work!! Thank you.

Situated only a few minutes drive from the town these are lovely villas set in well-maintained grounds. Our one-bed spacious villa was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was available to order if we wanted. Sadly the poor weather meant our helicopter flight to the glacier was cancelled so we relaxed in comfort at our villa..wonderful! Highly recommended!!

Nice hotel, well maintained and staff was very accommodating. We had a 2 bedroom villa with Mountain View. The king bed is upstairs but the only bathroom is downstairs which can be tricky in the dark. More a self catering place than traditional hotel. All units are duplex and hotel is 4km from town center and places to eat. A little far to walk and driving after dinner/drinks is risky.
