We loved our accommodation. Our daughter had her own bedroom and our bed was in the main living area. Our accommodation was clean, well serviced and walking distance to restaurants so just parked the car and relaxed. We found our room spacious and comfortable and I would have loved to stay longer. We had a little verandah overlooking the mountains...

We stayed here at the tail end of winter. It was pouring rain, which you could hear on the roof. The unit we rented had two bedrooms with sleeping space for four people. They had a tea pot, coffee, tea, dishes, cups, silverware and a few other items available in the room. Each bedroom had its own electric heater, so...

We stayed in this lodge for a night. It was a great experience. The chalet is very charming with fireplace and a kitchenette. When we entered to our chalet, we automatically fall in love with it. This place does provides breakfast. We loved the idea that we can eat in our room. All you need to do is to cook...

For Glacier Lodge is a great place to stay in the tiny town of Fox Glacier. Location is close to cafes and restaurants. The accommodation is very nice, even flowers in the room. Breakfast is fine with breads and muffins, do it yourself eggs, juices, coffee, tea, and fresh fruit. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful for advice and...

We were warmly welcomed by Deborah who offered a large umbrella and torch to show us the way to the Glow worms. The 2 bedroom unit had a view of the mountain, was clean and with comfy bed. We could hear the guests in the unit next to us, but did not prevent us from a good sleep. 5 minute...

This small hotel is a bit quirky but a great place to stay in the tiny town of Fox Glacier. Location is very close to the DoC information centre and the selection of very good cafes and restaurants. The accommodation is excellent. Warm. Gracious. And ready for your backpacks, boots, and gear. The breakfast is excellent with breads and muffins,...

Very quiet and peaceful. Great host. The ceiling skylight was a bit of a nuisance because a security light shone through it all night. Otherwise it was great, close to restaurants. Woke up to NZ birdsong.

Rich breakfast combination available in room - nice setup - brownish (but clean) water in spa bath immediately reminds of mountain environment - efficient check-in and check-out - no problem to find a parking spot in the immediate vicinity of the room
