After reading mixed reviews on Trip Advisor regarding this accommodation we were not sure what to expect, but it certainly exceeded our expectations. Debra was at the reception when we arrived and she was so friendly and informative. We had booked the bed and breakfast option and were shown to room number 5. Although the furnishings were a bit tired...

Whilst driving along the Haast Pass we struggled to get a signal on our Campermate and were stressing were we were going to stop after a long drive. Eventually when we got a signal this lodge was on Sullivan (my surname) Road and two minutes away so all signs were good. The lady at reception was excellent giving us a...

This was one of our best appartments. The unit was spotless and finished in chalet style. The large bedroom is upstairs on a mezzanine - yes, upstairs in New Zealand!! Downstairs there was a large comfortable lounge, kitchenette with electric hob and big bathroom with enormous spa bath. Outside a little sitting area. If there are any downsides it was...

Had one of my best nights sleep at Fox Glacier Lodge. The staff are very friendly with a wonderful dinner. It is right in town if you are interested in spending the day at Fox Glacier. Be aware it can get a bit noisy at night from the levels above.

We stayed in a motorhome and it cost $70 for 4 people with power and clean water at each pitch. Lovely toilets and showers, clean laundry facilities only $2 for a washing machine and $2 for the dryer that lasted an hour. Barbecues are free to use and the kitchen has washing up liquid and cloths. You also get free...

We loved our accommodation. Our daughter had her own bedroom and our bed was in the main living area. Our accommodation was clean, well serviced and walking distance to restaurants so just parked the car and relaxed. We found our room spacious and comfortable and I would have loved to stay longer. We had a little verandah overlooking the mountains...

We stayed here at the tail end of winter. It was pouring rain, which you could hear on the roof. The unit we rented had two bedrooms with sleeping space for four people. They had a tea pot, coffee, tea, dishes, cups, silverware and a few other items available in the room. Each bedroom had its own electric heater, so...

We stayed in this lodge for a night. It was a great experience. The chalet is very charming with fireplace and a kitchenette. When we entered to our chalet, we automatically fall in love with it. This place does provides breakfast. We loved the idea that we can eat in our room. All you need to do is to cook...
