This motel is clean and well situated off Highway 6 in the middle of town.
The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is new and the bathroom has an ample amount of amenities for guests.
I would stay here again!

As the crow flies it's probably only 20 km or so..and you can take a helicopter flight from the town up over the glaciers to view Aoraki. By road it's probably closer to 500km!! Your on the other side of the southern alps and there is no tunnel. Best is to find accommodation at Mt Cook village or Tekapo but do visit the West Coast later in your trip. Hope that helps
