Hank and Kay are very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts, very forthcoming with tips on where to eat and attractions to see in the area. The rooms were detached and very private with private entry ways so you don't feel like you are intruding into someone's private home but still felt homely. Our room was very comfortable, warm and spacious.... More

We couldn't have felt more at home with kay and Hank, they were very helpful in planing our 2night stay. It is within walking distance to town for dinner and the towns amenities. The breakfast in their house was perfect, thanks Hank for the great home made Muslie, and fresh fruit, my husbands cooked breakfast was so good he had... More

My husband and I were made to feel welcome the two nights we stayed in this comfortable relaxing, not far out of Oamarama (could walk into town for evening meal and have a drink - so no driving). In the morning at breakfast we were included in the conversations with family and friends, while Kay cooked the big breakfast with... More

We only had one night at this excellent B&B but would recommend. Kay and Hank are brilliant hosts and the facilities in the room are really good and with its own entrance you have privacy. The breakfast was superb, the best poached eggs we had in New Zealand. Can highly recommend to anyone stopping in Onarama.

We had a lovely stay here - the only complaint is that they didn't have room for us for 2 nights. Kay and Hank are so friendly and accommodating and made our stay extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are so clean. Breakfast was a hoot with lots of laughter and stories of the area. We only... More

Really nice one night stay, good breakfast and uncomplicated, very friendly hosts. Wifi worked well. Special thanks for giving us a garden hose and letting us clean our car in your driveway! Would come back any time

Kay and Hank made us feel very welcomed to their home, very friendly. Our room was private with own entry separate from the house. It was clean, modern, good quality fittings with a comfortable bed and functional en suite. We had a very restful night there after a long drive from Te Anau. Kay put on a very generous breakfast... This B & B was a great find, I only had one night at Big Sky but felt like I was coming home and could have stayed longer. Kay & Hank were wonderful hosts and as the added bonus was their gorgeous dog Holly. The accommodation was lovely and I had the best sleep and this is coming from someone... More

We only had one night at Big Sky but it was a very nice haven at the end of a tough (for us!) bicycle tour. Kay and Hank were excellent hosts and couldn't do enough to help us and make our stay enjoyable. The pleasant and interesting conversation over breakfast was a great start to the next day, when we...
