The site is great, though I am not a golfer. The personnel at the reception helpful and friendly. Rooms are large and comfortable. But the restaurant experience was simply ..... ridiculous. Never happened that we were given paper napkins, because they had finished the linen...More

We are coming to NZ for a golf tour( 2 people) and looking to play Kaitaia GC and perhaps Carrington. What can you offer about mid May for perhaps a 3 day stay? Also, if we stay can you make up 4 balls with locals? M.

Mid may can be beautiful or downright horrible depending if we get an Autumn storm or not. Should still be fun and the further north you are the better. I would ask Carrington's about getting partners for Golf. It was extremely quiet when we went there at that was close to peak season! Really great place - really recommend it.
