We had great service from the start, nice friendly staff. The room was organized and smelled good and best of all there was no humidity which is usually an issue with these types of places. Anything we needed the hotel staff was able to acommodate.
The location was great we were literally on the beach and it was beautiful, landscape was taken care of and I could not ask for more. I fully recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing vacation.
We arrived today at this hotel... Firstly we were extremely surprised because due to the price we expected an AMAZING hotel. The hotel is simple, nothing much... The service? Omg, the service is the absolute WORST I have ever seen. You order something as simple as soap for the bathroom and 6 hours later, no soap. Secondly, at 6pm there is no room service! What the hell? You can order from the restaurant Privilege boutique across the street which is EXTREMELY overpriced and terrible. So disappointed.... I don't recommend this hotel to anyone! I feel stupid and robbed.
We were driving back to Natal and wanted to stop somewhere seaside and a friend recommended this place, said the view was fantastic and the drinks even better. They were right, we ate at the restaurant next to the resort for lunch and sat on the outside terrace with a beautiful view of the ocean. The grounds were beautiful and I would defiantly want to stay here if we ever return. The food was amazing, the chef came out and asked us what we wanted and off his recommendation we told him to surprise us. The caipirinha's were the best we had yet, maybe it was the view and atmosphere but it just all seemed perfect. What a way to end our trip to Pipa.
Beautiful gardens overlooking the sea with dramatic tropical views. Comfy beds, good air conditionning. While the hotel offers a free shuttle to Pipa centre several times a day, I would strongly recommend renting a car to have the freedom to explore the area. The beach is better there than next to Pipa, but as it is open sea, it is rough and can be dangerous, so be careful while taking a dip!
The hotel pictures shown were taken some time ago and the premises have deteriorated since. Except for the green areas and lawn, the whole place needs a serious overhaul. Steps in the garden can be dangerous at night and not well lit, actually they can be removed without consequences and the result would be a beautiful lawn. Not very much privacy, if that is what you are looking for. I would strongly suggest revamping the restaurant which has been built with cheap materials many years ago. Brazilian breakfast was passable, but with much room for improvement. Overpriced minibar. Charging 2 USD (6 BRL) per coffee capsule for the in-room machine, is ridiculous, as in most hotels in this class range and price, it would be complimentary.
I have been with my wife during a week, there was mistake on my room so the first night I was crossing the street in a very nice room with a no so good view and near kids pool. Nice place but totally different to the beach suites. We stayed 6 days in a deluxe suite and was incredible the view and all amenities. Service was good and restaurant very good but expensive for the night. Place to go back anytime!!
