We booked our trip thru Costco and had an amazing stay. When we arrived for our 5 night stay we were greeted by Nacho the bellman and he made us feel so welcome. Ronni at the front desk wished us a happy 31st wedding anniversary during check in. I loved that Kea Lani had an app you could download and use to check activities going on, hours of operation for dining and chat with staff if you needed anything. They texted us several times during our stay to check in on us. The property was very clean and they had very good covid protocols in place. They had an adult pool area which was very relaxing. We also took advantage of the waterslide too! We used the gym everyday and it was always clean and never crowded. The property had several water bottle filing stations that we utilized. We also took advantage of the courtesy car to get to the Shops at Wailea and back. The sunset views are just beautiful here. There is easy access to the beach and the beach walkway to go towards the other hotels. Our ocean view suite was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable but a little soft for my preference. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai. We thought dinner at KO was better than Nick's Fish House. The coffee and sandwiches at the Makana Market & Cafe were good. The Sunday Brunch at Kea Lani was good and I liked the variety of items offered, however it was a bit pricey. Every employee we encountered at Kea Lani was amazing. Shout out to our pool servers Breezy, Sylvia and Kailee, bellman Nacho, Ronni at the front desk, Nicole at the concierge desk, Jean in housekeeping, Jess at Sunday Brunch, Brent at KO for an amazing dinner-your staff is on point, the guys at the beach activity hut and Mike for showing us the stars and the planet Saturn during an evening of star gazing. I would highly recommend this property.

Bell desk upon arrival need to be more willing to jump in and ask guest if they need assistance. First impression is everything. Front desk was ok at check in. Housekeeping was amazing. Anytime we needed bedding or housekeeping service at anytime they were fast and efficient. 24 hour pool was awesome to have.

We just got back from our trip and it was amazing. We purchased our trip thru Costco and while it's pricey it was a pretty awesome property. Our Room was PERFECT. We loved just sitting out on our Lenai watching the waves! Everyone we encountered who worked at this property was amazing, I want to give a special shout out to Leanne P a server at KO. She was really wonderful. Smiling all the time and such a good server!! The only negative I have is that we stayed here a week and tried to get reservations at Nick's FishHouse and couldn't get in!!! They told us to try to wait for a seat at the bar but when we tried to do that the hostess brushed us off and said they were booked for the night. IMHO I think they should leave some reservations for people staying there. But just my opinion. Although with that said, Hawaii is at a 30% capacity, so maybe that had something to do with it. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Due to COVID, our President’s Club trip was postponed. When it was decided that trips would be given out, Club winners had a choice of locations. Maui stuck out for me as it is at the Maui Fairmont and it’s in the USA This hotel and staff are amazing. The beach has staff ready to set up your lounge chair and umbrella and the ocean awaits. Nick’s Fishmarket, located in the hotel, had the best lemon drop martini I have ever had. The Breakfast buffet had so many options, it was hard to decide so I didn’t. I feel like I tried everything. The buffet felt extra safe and clean as a staff member walked the buffet with you and put the food on your plate. How nice! Fresh guava juice, pineapple bread, eggs, bacon, salmon. I would spend all day writing all the options so stopping here. If you want to leave the hotel and visit one of the restaurants in the area, no problem. You can request a ride. Such a great group of people driving us around, feeding us and making the trip extremely memorable. I didn’t want to leave and already want to go back. Check out this hotel that is five stars across the board with amenities, dining and last but certainly not least staff. Best staff I have ever seen. Friendly, accommodating and eager to help. Thank you to those that made sure I could get some pineapple bread to take home to my Mom. She loved it too by the way! Love, love, love this place!!!!
