I stayed here for a week on business and the room/apt was very nice. Everything is clean and new and the service from the staff is excellent. I would give this a 5 star rating, except the walls and ceilings are poorly built and very thin. Neighbors walking upstairs sounded like a family of T-rex and I could clearly hear every word of the TV show playing next door on the other side of the shared wall of the bedroom. Great place, but consider asking for a top floor corner unit..

The room with kitchen and groceries were the best thing that made me feel like home. Its really a good start for someone like me who comes for the first time in the U.S. Had a comfortable stay and the restaurants and walmart are not so far away. Everything was clean and neat. Special mentions to the front desk staffs, they were all very friendly and helping (round the clock).

Water Walk was a true saving grace as our house was being destroyed then put back together. Our insurance did not cover any of our problem we had to beg and borrow to get out of our nightmare! We found Water Walk through Expedia.com. We needed a place to cook specific diet for us. The kitchen is huge and has all you could ask for including a full washer and dryer. We were in a rush to leave our house and needed a place to keep our dogs. This place has a little set up for dog treats near where you would go to get you people treats. They love pets. It was wonderful meeting other fellow dog lovers during the stay. The staff was amazing! Jennifer the manager was on top of her game, anything you needed she stepped right up and got it done. There were other extras for guests staying a certain amount of days. One of which was they shopped for small loads of shopping for you every monday. A menu is provided to choose from. WaterWalk is very close to the highway, Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows Mall, just some of the places we used. Now that we are back home everything feels so far away. WaterWalk is very clean, very friendly, and accepting of our babies our dogs!!! Thank you, Water Walk for helping bring some peace to a very overwhelmed couple!! The staff of angels of WaterWalk are true blessings!

This is the future of hotels. The've thought of everything without being overly lavish. The rooms are smart in simplicity and tech., but they remind you of your comfy old place that you used to have, so it's the best of both worlds with Waterwalk.

Had to stay at Extended Stay for about 2 months, through work. There is no breakfast in the mornings. Paper thin walls. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke. They only clean the the rooms once a week, hgt
