I've stayed in the hotel several times, and this time, like others, I called to book just before arriving. The hotel staff were very good at getting a room for me - no "you are too early to check in" - they went to find a room and clean it if they needed to as I was checking in. The...

Once the former home of Bluie West One airfield, later known as Narsarsuaq Air Base this town is all but forgotten but still VERY important because of it's International Airport. The hotel was efficient and clean. Both restaurants had simple menus with a variety of local dishes. We requested the larger suite room which will give you a bit more...

I've visited almost every type of hotel that you can imagine in almost every type of location. This hotel was a bit of a new experience. Located in a town of 130 people, it is the best hotel in town. Correction. It is the only hotel in town. There are a few hostels but they don't really qualify as hotels....

The ice fjord around Narsarsuaq, a little remote settlement (about 120-150 people) in the south of Greenland, is often spotted with magnificant blue icebergs from the Qooroq glacier. We lodged in Hotel Narsarsuaq, located in a former US Airforce Base building, which offers small but clean rooms with a view to the landing strip. A decent bistro serves simple dishes...

They have the market cornered, that's for sure. The hotel used to be US Air Force barracks back in th 40s, although you really can't tell that from the outside (or inside.) The staff speaks very broken english, but I was able to point at the english word "cheeseburger" and get the job done. An included serve-yourself breakfast featured fresh...

Nice small room with a lovely view of the Harbor with a very friendly staff. Nice shower and comfortable bed. Good bar and cafe, and the breakfast was wonderful. Wish I could have stayed longer here, and will stay here again when I return

The hotel looks a little uninspiring from the outside but inside it was very clean, with well appointed rooms. Check inn was a bit disorganised and the restaurant food is average but the hotel itself is situated in a very beautiful area and does a great job given how remote the location is.

This little hotel in the charming town of Narsuaq is a delight. It is well maintained and has friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is included, but the hotel also has its own Restaurant Klara. Their speciality is food from Greenland and not to be missed is their specialGreenlandic buffet. This included a wide variety of fish and meat dishes from...

Unless you are happy to camp or use the dormitories in the hostel at Narsarsuaq, you are stuck with this hotel which has 90 odd rooms and is open year round. The lack of any competition means that there is no incentive for this establishment to improve and it’s hard to find anything positive to say about it in comparison...

I stayed two nights, had booked single room with shared bathroom, but finally got double with private bathroom for the same price. I think that for Greeland prices, what you get is very high standard. I paid 70 E, including breakfast - cheapest and far best among the accomodation I chose for Greenland (apart from Narsarsuaq, I was in Nuuk...
