Casa Hostal Leticia & Oscar in Cienfuegos is located in the center of the city, just 200 meters from the bus station and 700 meters Historic Center, Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO.
We stayed one night at Casa Hostal Leticia & Oscar. The owners are extremely nice and kind, always smiling. Breakfast was copious and excellent quality. We had the room in the back with private bathroom, extremely clean and spacious. A/C a bit noisy so we used the fan. The house is a colonial house and it's very characteristic and beautiful inside.

This was one of the best Casas we stayed at. Location was great, close to the bus station,a short walk to town center but in a quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was generous. Oscar and Leticia are very welcoming , friendly and very helpful. We were having trouble finding a vacancy for our last night in Cuba in Varadero, and Oscar tried several contacts until he was able to find us a place to book. I highly recommend this casa.

We had 2 nights in Cienfuegos and this casa was great. Very near the bus station if you arrive with Viazul. It's on a calm street so no problem with the night sleep. The room had AC and a fan. Clean bathroom and good spacious room with closet. There is a fridge outside the room that you share with the other rooms at the casa. Around 15 min walk to the city center/ boulevard, but it's a nice walk and you never feel unsafe even when it's dark. Oscar speaks good English and helped us to book a taxi to Rancho Luna (-great beach), and he also followed us to the bus station when we left so we found the check in for Viazul. The breakfast was very good and was served at the time we wanted. We had a great time at this casa and would stay here again if we returned to Cienfuegos.

We stayed 3 nights at Oscar and Leticia's casa and it was the best experience we had in our 2.5 weeks in Cuba. First, the family are so friendly and polite and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Oscar met us at the Viazul Bus Station which is on the same street (convenient) and walked us back to the casa. The house is immaculate and you wouldn't find anything cleaner in Cuba, the breakfast huge and delicious, and the house in a good location to walk into town. We even walked to Punta Gorda, however, I wouldn't recommend it in the heat of the day. This is a true casa where the family live in the house (some of the casas we stayed in were run more like hotels) and this is what I loved about the place. You can email directly or book through BnB Vinales who are also really good to deal with.…

We stayed for two nights in this beautiful colonial Casa. Oscar and Letitia were amazing and someone was always on hand if we needed anything. The room was spacious, clean and had excellent aircon and the most comfortable bed we had for the whole trip. The courtyard was lovely and private in the evening and the area quiet. It's about a 15minute walk to the main square with regular 'transporto nacional' horse and carts if it's too hot to walk.

We only stayed for one night, but I'm sure this is the best casa in Cienfuegos. Leticia & Oscar are warm and generous. Very nice casa. Incredible (very big) and tasty breakfast. There's a small privat parkingplace next to the house. Only five minute walk to Paseo el Prado and ten minutes to Plaza de Armas. The street comes alive early in the morning.

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful colonial house. Leticia and Oscar were very welcoming, friendly and it was a pleasure talking with them. The breakfast was HUGE and tasty, and the house is located only 10 mins away from the main square. Great experience! Here is their email address to arrange bookings : oscarf(at)nauta.cu

We stayed for two nights with Oscar and Letitia (with a night in between in Trinidad) and couldn't have been given a warmer welcome. The Casa is spotless, quite large by Cuban standards and within walking distance of most of Cienfuegos. Oscar speaks good English and was able to offer us some tips about where to go. Evening meals are not routinely offered but there are a number of reasonable (by Cuban standards) places to eat in the city. Highly recommended.

We arrived in Cienfuegos by Viazul bus and the Casa Leticia & Oscar is very close to the station so we walked. We received a very warm welcome and were introduced to the whole family. The room was very spacious and clean, the bathroom is a bit small but adequate and everything works just fine. The whole house is a restoration project that Oscar and Leticia have received an award for. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood a good 10 minute walk to the main street. We enjoyed our stay with Oscar and Leticia and had many conversations with them about life in Cuba. They recommended some restaurants and both were just perfect. The breakfast is huge and you can skip lunch! The whole house is spotless and we were treated as family. I can highly recommend this Casa.

I booked the casa a few weeks before I arrived. The casa is close to the Viazul bus station so convenient if you arrive via Viazul. If you arrive with Transtur like I did, Oscar can send a bici taxi to fetch you. The casa is well kept with lovely furniture. I had a nice large room that overlooked the front street which was somewhat noisy the first night I was there. Breakfast was served in their back garden- which was lovely. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main town area. I did get a bit lost coming back one night (street lighting is not the best in Cuba!) and there were stray dogs in some of these streets. But otherwise, a pleasant stay with lovely hosts- Oscar speaks English well enough so there is no problem with communication.
