We stayed here for one night as a break during the trip from Vinales to Trinidad. The property is clean and quirky and is in a great location, quiet and on the water's edge. After a long day travelling and visiting areas of interest it was great to be able to sit on the jetty with a drink and relax. The staff we met during our short stay were friendly and helped us with our luggage both on arrival and when we left. s we were only there for the 1 night I don't know how conveniently it is situated in terms of bars, restaurants etc but because of its peaceful setting I'd definitely recommend it as a stop over.
We loved to sit in the rocking chair and to chill in the hammock in the evenings with a cigar and Mojito. Green, clean, quiet and a good service. Not the cehapest accomendation we had in Cuba but we enjoyed our stay a lot and the quietness which is very rare in Cuba :).
Clean and confortable hotel in a nice location, close to a public park where you can enjoy a tasty pina collada. It is not in the city center which is better in my opinion, since you can walk or go to the city center by taxi-bicycles that are always available outside the hotel. The restaurant is nothing much but has a wonderful view. I recommend visiting Cienfuegos in December-January where the humidity is quite low, since it is a phenomenon that you will find there anyway.
Stayed here for one night during our 2.5 weeks of travelling around Cuba, lovely room and delightful setting albeit a smell of sewerage coming from the sea water which we refrained from swimming in. The food was excellent but unfortunately the staff were the most unfriendly we encountered during our stay in Cuba, during our evening meal once we retired to the decking area not once were we offered a drink or asked if we needed anything, at breakfast the waitress was more interested in her phone. When we vacated the property the bill had been left on the desk and nobody could be bothered to say goodbye or offered to help with our bags.
Beautiful and well located! Lovely view of Cienfuegos bay. Delicious food but set Menu so you need to be very hungry to eat it all. Rooms are beautiful and friendly staff. Well decorated with a Cuban feel. Mojitos are a must seating bu the water edge seeing the Sun goes down! Even small pool to cool down!
