3rd time at this resort and there have been few changes since our last visit in 2016. This is actually a 2 1/2 star. When booking this resort on the internet the shuttle bus service schedule is incorrect. There is a night time shuttle on Friday to take you into the Costa Sur nightclub. The front desk does have the...

Got a really good deal whilst i was in Cuba from a local travel agency and decided to stay here. The Hotel is about a 20 minute taxi ride from the City of Cienfuegos and will set you back between $8 -$10 The food is no culinary delight but is edible and there are items on the menu that can...

Just returned from another fabulous trip to Cuba, staying at Rancho Luna. The beach, although it is public, feels private! The all inclusive part of the hotel spoiled me! The food was great, I especially enjoyed the fresh papayas(it is papaya season)! The people are so warm and friendly! The rooms were nice!

Most of hotels in Cuba, including this one, not been renovated for a very, very long time (15-20 years at least!). You have to get used to a fairly low standards of acommodation (4* usally = 2*), meals and service. This is Cuba!

Hotel Rancho Luna is trying to improve. That much was very obvious by the bustle of activity and the hard working staff I saw at all hours of the day. The check in went smoothly and we requested to change rooms the following day to be closer to other members of our group. That was met with ease. There were...

Stayed from Jan. 20 to 27, 2017. Went with a group of 17 fellow Canadians with ages from 8 to 60 something. The pool was great. The beach was great, we took out the paddle boat, the kayaks and the hobbie cat. Brought our own snorkel and masks and toured the waters in the beach. The nightly shows were fun...

The hotel is a good choice if the price is right. In other words, i wouldn't pay more than $800 a week (Christmas and March Break are not counted). A beach is artificial, there is only a thin layer of sand and it feels a bit hard to your feet. There is a better beach 5 mins away from the...

Cozy Hotel,Clean, great shows every night...The cleaning ladies are very efficient, and the food was overall decent. The beach activities are fun, snorkeling there by the pillars in the water is quite the experience!! Sailboat is also a lot of fun and free,There is a public beach 5 minutes from there for those that hate algae... Overall amazing place, likely to become a Holiday Tradition.
