Love this Place 😍❤💖 I highly recommend. We celebrated my husband birthday at the Olas y Arena restaurant inside of the parador. Brutal food, excellent service and amazing view. Thank you 💖❤😍! Our visit this year was on February and March. Plan to visit this place again on July 2021.
I was very disappointed. The place needs a full make over. Over priced, over rated. Food was very very bad. Definitely not going again. Fabolous beach view. I was expecting something very different. Houses are in very bad shape. Very uncomfortable beds.
I was really dissapointed for the lack of customer service.I can understand Covid 19 limits room clean up service however daily towel replacement was not provided.Unless you go to front desk and inquir for them you would need to stick with dirty towels. House cleaning was poor; upon arriving windows screens were dirty; toilet water coming out of bottom of toilet never fixed eventhough informed since first day we arrived. We stayed 3 nights and no cleaning ever given. We rented 2 Houses located beach front. Its location are out of this world with beautiful ocean view. However, houses maintenance are very poor and even needed of pest control . I complaint and asked.to speak with a manager or owner and indicated personally that I would be writing a.poor review.Upon checking out and mentioning this to Front Desk nobody from management came as to listed to what I had to say. I LIKE to sponsor local Paradores but unless they keep minimum quality service it will be difficult for them to compete and stay open.. Las Casitas 3 day stay is not cheap...I will not return to this Parador.…
We loved the location but the bungalow was mediocre at best. The living area included a small fridge, a coffee maker, a large countertop but no sink. The sparse furnishings were wicker and very uncomfortable. The bedroom was air conditioned and the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom was big but there were no towels. The bungalow included a porch with a small table where you could sit and relax to the sound of the crashing waves. If it weren't for the location, we probably would not have stayed here. The "resort" needs a lot of TLC .
Once a year we look for a place where our family of 17 can enjoy some special time together. Rooms are great w wonderful view and within steps from the beach. Restaurant has not recovered since Hurricane María, but there are great spots nearby. Some guests are noisy until early morning and Administracion is absent at night to deal with it
