I stayed here recently on a trip with my mom. We came up from New Orleans to view the architecture of Natchez, which is known for its strikingly high concentration of antebellum homes. After spending a sleepless night at the Mytles plantation in St. Francisville (not entirely unexpected given its 'haunted' reputation, but still quite uncomfortable), this was the perfect...

We ate at the restaurant and were told we could tour the House and grounds. First the meal was great. Second the tour was wonderful. Great guide. Interesting history. Highly recommend. The grounds are spectacular on a a beautiful day.

My wife and I were driving from different states and chose to meet in Natchez. I found Dunleith on TripAdvisor and took a chance, renting a room for the night. She arrived first and the staff treated her like a queen helping her to our room and making sure everything was right. I arrived several hour later and the staff...

I did not stay here, but I had a tour of the house and also went for a breakfast in the "Castle" restaurant next door. The house is very impressive even as you only can tour the first floor. The tour by Terry Trovato was great. The views from the porch, and also from the adjacent little park at the...

We found the stay to be of poor quality given the cost and within the context of other properties that we stayed at during our trip through Mississippi and Louisiana. As an immediate comparison, we stayed at another property in Natchez the subsequent night where we paid the equivalent amount. Our Courtyard King Room was dark and our door opened...

I simply love this home and this era. I stayed in the main house in room 402. Very comfortable. Large bathroom. Quiet, relaxing, restful Love the rocking chairs on the porch. It is an elegant home from a bygone era. I ate at the restaurant located on the property and the food and service was outstanding.

Everything is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in a queen Mansion corner room on the 2nd floor, antiques were absolutely beautiful!! 16 ft. ceilings, beautiful new marble bathroom with separate shower and air tub. Room even had a cork screw. The castle restaurant was fantastic. Food was excellent and the pub below was fun and cozy.

Circa 1856. A bit of history and luxury sits on forty acres near but not in downtown in this charming setting. The property is fenced off. The rooms are open and spacious with a bit of southern charm and modern amenities. The ambiance is one of calm, quiet and relaxed and I’ll be going back and back again. Wi-Fi is...

Stayed here on a trip to Natchez. It is a beautiful Antebellum mansion on beautiful grounds. The room was recently renovated showing the exposed original beams in the ceiling. Room was very comfortable, if a little dimly lit. Staff was excellent. Included breakfast buffet was very good with excellent service. Dinner at the Castle restaurant (former stables) was quite good....
