We stayed here 2 nights in July. Staff wasn't overly friendly and room was super dark and just ok. My two boys loved the pool and play ground. We ate at the restaurant for dinner the first night and had a good meal. Prime rib was a really good size and had good flavor. Sat outside on the patio my boys want to return to play on the swings but we will pass and look for other accommodations next time.

Nice place to stay for the nearby attractions. Typical "woodsy" style place with some motel rooms and cabins . The nearby busy highway was a distraction during the day but eased some at night. We were warned of the amount of step climbing to get to our room but not of the uneven risers or the unusable hand rail. Just be careful! A nice motel like room with all the expected items included along with a couple of chairs outside with an excelent view of the highway. All kidding aside, it is a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

My granddaughters and I stayed here during our summer 2020 road trip. I was looking for a pet friendly (7 pound Maltese) rental centrally located. These cabins are very tiny, not well lit, and ours smelled terribly musty. We had to spray it with Febreeze to be able to sleep. There was barely enough room for the 4 of us to move around and we are small people. We had ants in tiny "kitchen" area land when I told the desk attendant at check out he responded by saying they just had it sprayed - no apology, no thanks for letting us know, nothing. The bath towels were old, threadbare and very small. It wasn't horrible, but it was the most expensive and least appointed unit we rented during our entire vacation. It was not worth the extra $40 a night for the "family cabin" with two queens compared to the two queen cabin. The bed linens have seen better days. There is no internet at this property. The positives include a nice pool for the kids and the beautiful evergreen trees and aspens right outside the door. Additionally the location was a central base for us; however, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this property.

The cabins appeared to be cute little cottages tucked in the woods, but they are really right on the highway. Noisy all night. Also advertises wi-fi but it is not accessible from the rooms or even the parking lot.

MFS, Thanks for your review. We do have several different cabin options spread across our faciltiy. The unit you are speaking of is our economy rooms, which we call our Pioneer Rooms. These are smaller units and are offred at an affordable price, as they are located at the base of the hill. We do offer Wi-fi through out our facility, however, we did take a lightning strike here and it knocked out our service (it was continually dropping). We have since received our new Access Points, and the wi-fi is back up and running. Sadly, things of this nature are sometimes out of our control when it comes to nature.

We stayed three nights in September. Our cabin was clean, quiet and cozy. It was cool but the baseboard heating worked well and kept the cabin comfortable. Close to everything in the central Hills. We also had dinner at their restaurant and the food was excellent.
