The minute I opened the door, I felt surrounded by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There was karaoke in the bar that night, everyone in the village seemed to be coming, and it felt very much like the place to be. A place to feel at home. My room was in a cottage across the (really pleasant) beer garden. It... More

Stayed here as a couple for four nights in one of the cottage rooms and was beautifully finished, with a walk in shower, just loved it. The owner and staff were the best we have had anywhere and nothing was any trouble, all very chatty and friendly and made our stay what it was. Being two fussy eaters having eaten... More

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to stay during a hillwalking weekend and we were not disappointed with our choice. The Comrie is an upgraded typically rural Scottish building which retains much of its past character whilst providing home comforts. The room we stayed in was large enough without being overly spacious, but had a very comfortable bed... More

We stopped here for an overnight stay during our charity cycle run to Oban, the staff and owner were excellent as well as the customers in the bar, rooms are what you would expect in a hotel, clean, comfortable. We will be back next year.

Stopped here for lunch , on our travels. There was not a huge menu, but the food was very fresh. My husband had the scampi and I had deep fried haggis balls - definitely different! The staff were very pleasant and the service was good. As we only ate here we can't comment on the hotel itself.

Well located in the pretty village of Comrie. We were in the cottage at the rear of the hotel and it was lovely. We arrived early and had to wait till the rooms were cleaned - which is fair enough. We were surprised that the barman didn't seem more helpful (i.e. offer to phone for the taxi to the wedding... More

Stayed in one of the lovely neat little garden cottage rooms. Super shower and comfortable bed. The full Scottish breakfast I had was made up of all high quality ingredients and I was more than pleased, especially with the slice of haggis which was so delicious I had to have one with my poached egg the next day. Pleasant evening... More

One night stop in Comrie, choice of two hotels. Chose this one. I had one of the annex rooms at the back of the Hotel. Nicely appointed, with great en-suite shower room. I had both Dinner and breakfast, both OK. Good honest food. Although the breakfast haggis was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were visiting friends in Comrie for the weekend and decided to go for lunch at Comrie Hotel. The restaurant setting was lovely, service was prompt and food was yummy and well presented. Good value for money too.
