One night stop in Comrie, choice of two hotels. Chose this one. I had one of the annex rooms at the back of the Hotel. Nicely appointed, with great en-suite shower room. I had both Dinner and breakfast, both OK. Good honest food. Although the breakfast haggis was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were visiting friends in Comrie for the weekend and decided to go for lunch at Comrie Hotel. The restaurant setting was lovely, service was prompt and food was yummy and well presented. Good value for money too.

The "fine dining" at our hotel by Loch Earn wasn't fine,it was overpriced & spoilt by the males of the only other 2 parties wearing jeans & trainers, despite the info letter & menu staying "NO jeans,t shirts & 'similar'(we,& the ladies were dressed as befitted the room) so the next night we drove & happily discovered the Comrie Hotel.2 dining... We booked 4 rooms for a family birthday get together and were delighted with our stay from start to finish. The hotel rooms are immaculate and well presented in this old traditional property. The bar looked after us when we returned at night from our family meal and were very accommodating and this meant we felt very at home during... More

Despite the staff being very friendly, the food we received was pretty awful. The crispy beer battered wasn;t crispy apart from the bones. The Angus burger was tiny, greasy and tasted like cardboard and even the not so fussy kids couldn't eat theirs. As for the crispy salad, it didn't do what it says on the tin. Very disappointing, nearly £100... More

We came for a wedding and had a room in the building beside the main building. Easy parking, friendly staff, calm to sleep in the morning...and very good and copious breakfast ! The bar for the residents is open late at night
