My husband and I thought it would be an adventure when we made reservations for the tree house. The tree house was solid and had power. So we were able to use lights and charge our phones. The feather bed was very comfy. The evening was perfect sleeping weather with the window open :) Please beware that the (private) bathroom... More

My husband and I stayed at Wellspring for one night while traveling to Seattle. We explored Mount Rainier National Park and decided to stay at Wellspring for the night. We are so glad we did! When we pulled up there was a huge sign for Wellspring so we definitely couldn't miss it! Once we arrived, we immediately fell in love... More

Oh Carley ! we are so very proud of the fabulous coffee that we serve ! It is Cafe Mon out of Eugene, Oregon. It is totally organic, and fair trade and shade grown and a cooperative, and the decaf is every swiss water processed !! I do hope you will return and try again..I 'm sure something went wrong... We stayed for one night in the Nest. We planned to go on the scenic railroad and go to check in afterwards. It is only about 10 minutes away. Next morning we went to Mount Rainier which is again about 10 minutes driving, so the location was very convenient for our travel plans. The cabin had a big full bathroom... More

I attended a friend's wedding and reception at this magical location and it was perfect. Several rustic, charming cottages, garden, gazebo are perfect to accommodate guests and host a reception. The Sanctuary is a small amphitheater in the forest accessible through a trail. Wonderful location to spend some quite time and enjoy nature.

For roughly the same price as a motel, I got to stay in my own cabin in the woods by Mount Rainier! So first of all, Wellspring is NOT for everyone. But it was PERFECT for me! If you want a unique place to stay that allows you to truly feel a part of nature, Wellspring might just be for... More

Climb ladder into treehouse which barely fits a queen bed. Was owner's kids treehouse growing up and she has kept the kid's feel, with Bernstein Bears books on nightstand. Old tv in there with dvd player and a few old movies like the Goonies. Personal bathroom down ladder and a short walk. No WiFi or cell service. No breakfast in... More

A relaxing time in the woods. We stayed there during a get-together weekend. We sat on the porch in the rocker. We lit the woodstove, and slept well on the comfortable beds. We walked around the grounds to the pond and the labyrinth, and up to the chapel-in-the woods. The lack of cell-phone connection, television and Wi-Fi was an added... More

We loved Wellspring Spa Resort! At first we thought it curious that no staff seemed to be around (we later saw someone setting up the sauna and someone cleaning a unit), but as our stay progressed, we understood that was part of the solitude it provides. Next time we will stay for 2 days - we didn't want to leave... More

Such an incredibly lovely and relaxing spot. The cabins are very sweet. I just got back from three nights in the 3 Bears cabin, which is extremely comfortable and den-like: two wood stoves, a well-stocked kitchen, a nice living room, a very comfortable bed, and even a jetted tub. The grounds are even better--the two outdoor hot tubs are adjacent... More

We came here for a surprise birthday party with a group of friends. The lodge was rented for the party and most of the guests stayed in cabins on the property. The lodge sleeps about 8 people and would be great for families. It accommodated a group celebration/get together well. We had 16 people in our group which was manageable... More
