We stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The B&B is in a very remote, but beautiful area of Cornwall and Janet, the owner, made us feel very welcome. The house is located near the Minnack Theatre and many enjoyable walks are possible from the house, and the South West Coast Path is also easily accessible from there too. The... More

So remote and trusting that we weren't even offered a key! Great friendly welcome from dogs .....and cats. Very peaceful ideal position for coastal walks, amazing wild flowers, quiet beaches, Minack and Lands End. Hostess, Janet, keen to offer extremely useful maps and knowledge of the area. Delicious, freshly cooked, beautifully presented breakfast. Healthy option included blueberries, nuts, grains and... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights so that we could visit the area, not just Lands End. We were very pleased with this accommodation, which was comfortable with sea views. Our host was very welcoming and told us the best places to visit and eat at. Our room was beautifully decorated and the en-suite was well thought... More

My son and I stayed for two nights last week. We were met with a big smile and lots of warmth, not to mention the additional treat of four of the most beautiful dogs you could ever meet! We were provided with the family room with a sea view and cows grazing - we loved the room. We had our... More

Our third stay at this lovely B&B. Although it's quite definitely a working farm, this doesn't in any way detract from the peace and quiet, and the lovely welcome. The breakfasts are excellent, and there's lots to explore locally, including the amazing Minack Theatre, which is a 'must see'.

Booked the family room at very short notice. Had a very warm welcome from Janet & the friendly farm dogs. Room spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Tons of hot water & spacious bathroom. Delicious farmhouse breakfast – the best we've had in a long time. We appreciated the log burner being lit on a misty Sunday morning - and being... More

Ardensawah B&B is in a beautiful quiet location only 10 minutes walk to the coast path. Janet the owner is a very good host and cooks a smashing breakfast. Our room, number 1, was fine with a lovely sea view. Though the shower room is a bit of a tight fit. This B&B is great for walkers who want to... More

Our 3 day stay at the farm was lovely. Room was beautiful, breakfast delicious, the views fabulous and Janet a lovely hostess. The walk to Lands End and Sennen Cove was a great day excursion. Nice meals nearby in Treen. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed with my parents while in the area to attend a family wedding. Janet, Sophie & the dogs greeting was wonderful. We immediately felt welcome. The rooms are light and very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was a five star affair (or ten, according to my father!). We would all highly recommend staying with Janet and her family at Ardensawah. It's... More

This is lovely, working farm (and working be the operative word). The rooms are finished to the highest possible standard, and breakfast is tasty and generous. The homemade blueberry jam was wonderful Janet could not be a more delightful hostess. The only problem was the "beep beep" on the farm tractor at 5:30 a.m. While I recognize it is a... More
