I have been to other Leisureplex hotels and this one is excellent, good food on offer and the whole place is so very clean and tidy, a spotless hotel! The location is a strength but sadly weakness too as it has such limited parking. Spaces for maybe 10 cars on the front and that's it. The only negative on a...

Called in for lunch with the wife whilst visiting Cromer for the day, it looked very grand from the outside, such a shame about the bar area where we had our meals. We sat at the window so we could watch what was going on outside. It was then I noticed a strip of wallpaper about 3 inches wide was...

Stayed half board as part of a coach party. Room was clean and tidy, food was very acceptable if not exciting. Service was generally good. Location above the pier is amazing. The building itself is impressive.

Visited Cromer for 2 days last week. Had eaten in this hotel last year so decided to book a room this time for one night. Not disappointed. Room had a lovely view of the pier and beach. The room also had a seating area with a small table and 2 chairs. Beds were really comfortable. Fell asleep to the sound...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend half board. The room we had was very big clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent and were both waiter service which made a good change from the buffet that you get at some other hotels. The restaurant and bar staff were...

The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The shower was very good. The T.V. worked well. If you are disabled, particularly if you are a blue-badge holder; they will do all they can to allocate a ground-floor room. The staff were very hard working, polite and nothing seemed to be too-much trouble. The meals were very good and all dietary...

Popped in for a coffee whilst I was visiting the town. I fancied a bit of luxury and thought this may be the place. It wasn't. Don't get me wrong it wasn't awful but I wasn't impressed. The coffee was fine - though out of a push-button machine. The staff seemed attentive to the customers who were in. The place...

Stayed for a night with my wife as the location is excellent, right on the seafront. We have a very large room overlooking the sea, big bathroom and a pretty comfy bed. We paid to have dinner in the restaurant, on reflection, we should have eaten out... Feels as though the whole place caters for coach parties, evening entertainment was...

I had a single room with sea view on the first floor. The room overlooked the pier i really enjoyed sitting in the window watching the sea and people walking along the pier. The room and hotel was clean and all the staff were very helpful. Meals were good nicely presented and served quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate...

Have stayed at the hotel twice now and the rooms allocated on both occasions were overlooking the sea which were lovely and comfortable as was the armchairs positioned in the bay window. The tea and coffee making facilities were a welcome sight too. This is a lovely old fashioned seaside hotel with lots of charm and character.
