Wow!!!! What a pub and hotel . . . I can't believe how fantastic the hotel, rooms, staff, food were. Perfect parking spaces, friendly staff that greet you, explain everything in detail. The room had breathtaking tall ceilings, massive bed, crazily perfect bathroom, not to mention the sea views. Everything you would ever need is supplied in the room. We...

We stayed here for one night, in a second floor room with sea view.....The cuddle sofa facing the sea view window was a lovely idea. The residents fridge, with extra fresh milk and bottled water, showed more attention to detail. A real delight, was the breakfast. Food was presented well and local produce made the food stand out. So many...

I absolutely love this place! We booked a room here last minute, as a planned mini break at another hotel was more than disappointing. I'm so glad we did! We were greeted by Rebekah on arrival, which instantly put my mind at rest that we'd made a good choice of hotel. She was friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in conversation...

We booked two nights in a double ensuite room in November and we're delighted when we saw that we had been allocated a beautiful suite (room 6) with a sea view. The suite had a king size bed, a lounge area with a day bed and a superb rotatable snuggle sofa that was placed looking over the seafront and pier....

Called here a couple of times whilst in Cromer and wasn't disappointed. Food, atmosphere and location were great. Both times seemed very busy but this didn't effect the service we were given as this was very good.
