We stayed for 10 days in this hotel. It is located on the top of a hill in Avsallar (located between Alanya and Antalya). The hotel is composed of 4 high buildings (7 floors or more), and we were in B (6th floor). Room: we had a normal suite composed of 2 rooms and a bathroom (a kitchen niche and washing machine are also present). It was relatively clean and every thing is working. Each room has its own TV and we used the washing machine almost every day. Resturant: The resturant is air conditioned and there is also a 'Terrass' outside if you prefer to eat in a less loud atmosphere. There is different types of food, but it fits the Turks tastes more than any one else (especially meals with meat). Service: Personnel in general are all very friendly and helpful. Most of them know few words in English but still are very happy to help you. If you are Turk or know the Turkish language then that is diffintly a plus. Some also speaks Arabic as they come from Mardin (a province in Turkey). The staff on reception are friendly but they need to learn English better than that. People usually only mention the entertainment team but also the cleaning team and the resturant team are really helpful and great. Swimming pools and other amenities: in general good and well kept... The pools are small if the hotel is full of guests but then you can choose to go to the indoor pools. The Beach is about 10 minutes away (by Bus), but there is enough bus tours from and to the Beach (so no worries). All in all a very nice experience in the hotel and we are already planning to come back next year. Helpful tips for visitors: 1) Building A is the most centered building to all other amenities, so if you can get your reservation there, do it. 2) Try to be as early as possible in the breakfast period, so you can have your meal with minimum guests. 3) Before you take any big portion from any type of food (and I mean any), try to taste it first to see if you like or not. 4) Choose only the Turkish sweets and pastries but not the (Western) ones, as the latter has really no taste and only full of cream. 5) There is a bus that takes you to the near by town. It is a good idea to go for a tour once or twice. My message to the hotel management: 1) The young personal need some more training and to be more professional. 2) There are too many supervisors in the restaurant, where they do nothing except looking and giving orders to others. This doesn't give a good image for the hotel. 3) The cleaning team seems understaffed. You cant really ask one room-service lady to clean 57 square meter apartment in 15 minutes or so. Some times there were 2 ladies and that was better, but still I had a feeling that they had a lot to do. 4) Maintenance work has to finish before the tourism season starts. It also give an unprofessional image when you see unfinished work during your stay. Best regards and enjoy your stay.

We stayed for five days in this absolute mess which they dare to call a hotel. The purpose was that we could have a private hotel where our women and men could swim in the pool and sea separately. Spoiler: THIS HOTEL IS NOT AN OUNCE HALAL OR 4-STAR WORTHY. Absolutely no privacy for women nor for men. As a man swimming in the men’s pool there are women swimming in there as well. Besides that, the men’s pool is located right next to the bar and restaurant where women can sit down to have a drink or smoke. Therefore you are constantly being watched by women. Women’s pool is so small and full of children. No peace whatsoever. Also men walking by and absolutely no privacy. Everything in this hotel is old, dirty, smells horrible and is outdated. The people spelling massages and activities such as safari-tours are absolute pieces of trash who keep begging and insisting. My sister was even harassed by one of the beggars. The food is so tasteless I ended up going to Avsallar Merkez to eat at a decent restaurant because there is no way the food at that horror restaurant will provide you of any decent food. The last day we were at this sh*thole I decided, against all the better knowing of myself and my family, to eat dinner at the restaurant. I IMMEDIATELY STARTED VOMITING. Turns out I got myself a very severe food poisoning which still lasts to this day (4 days later). When the food is eaten and the plate is empty, they do not fill it back. So if you don’t be there 15 minutes before time, prepare yourself to starve. I cut my foot with broken glass 1 metre in front of the swimming pool where little children and men swim. It took them 2 hours before one of them picked the glass up. The nurse did not have tweezers to remove the glass so I sat there 30 minutes in pain till she removed the glass with a needle. Rooms are NOT being cleaned. Housekeeping does not respect anyone. My sister was in our room resting. The houskeeping came in with three ladies and started wiping the floor with a dirty cloth. While doing this they started cursing about us and saying things like “look at those nasty pigs” and “does this woman really think she is that beautiful” after looking into MY MOTHERS PRIVATE STUFF. After hearing this I confronted one of the direction members. Instead of an apology she covered up the story of the housekeepers and almost made me say sorry for complaining. Everyone working at this hotel is rude and impolite. It is in the middle of nowhere. Without a car you will be trapped in the desert. And if you have a car, good luck finding a parking spot. Every spot they have is reserved for their own direction members or employers. For the price they ask, you can find tons of better hotels. I promise you, this is not worth your health, ahiret nor you money. Haram is filled in this place. NEVER EVER AGAIN THAT I WILL SET A FOOT IN THIS MESSY HARAM PLACE AGAIN. DO YOURSELF A VERY BIG FAVOUR AND CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL.

Værste islamiske hotel i hele Tyrkiet! Worst islamic hotel i Whole Turkey. Never have i ever experienced such a bad service level. The staff talks to the guest as if they were worth nothing, cleaning ladies can’t even clean, rooms are dirty and stinky. All food taste the same, like no taste at all. Women’s pool are often not a “closed area” - because of the weather they apparently can’t hoise the sails that were supposed to cover the area so nobody can see in the women’s pool area. Other than that, they advertise with their amusement/ theme park - they just forgot to write that over half of the amusements are inoperative. I’m extremely disappointed over this hotel and will encourage everyone to stay far away from this crappy hotel which is a total waste of money !!

Our stay at the hotel was great. From being picked from the airport by Ibrahim who was such a funny person. Despite not knowing english he still engaged in conversation with us all, making us laugh all the way. When we reached the hotel the reception staff were welcoming. Yes thier first language was not english but they tried their very best to accomodate all our needs. Gengiz and mateen specially very helpful. The hotel was very clean. Our room was great. Staff came everyday to clean the room and stock up towels etc. The hotel itself was always kept up to a high standard of cleaning. Pools were great for the kids and the ladies only pool was fun. Could have done with being heated abit more but overall good. Food was good bearing in mind i have small kids who still managed to eat something they like. A couple of dishes were repetitive but not a big issue. Restaurant manager mr Zan was very helpful. Always ontop of everything making sure we had what we wanted. As for entertainment, well we loved the entertainment team. They were so much fun. Kids had fun everyday. Kids entertainment started at 8.30 and adults started around 9-9.30 onwards...olie was a great host. Always engaging with the crowd getting everyone to join in. The full team was amazing. There was a variety of shows all week. Some fun activities for the kids and parents during the day, not to mention the prizes he would offer you if you won :-). I have to say the entertainment team were 5* for fun. Thank you Olie for keeping us well entertained. The tour team Mehmet, Ugar, morad and of course the lovely Delara. This team was amazing. Helping you arrange tours but also keeping everything within your budget, giving great discounts. Mehmet and Delara went above and beyond to help us with what we wanted to do. Even after their shifts finished they would make the effort to sit and have a drink and chat. Love this team. I would definitely recomend you book tours with them. Morad even took hubby on a motorbike drive, which was not on tours but his personal bike. He found out my hubby likes bikes and offered to take him for a ride..great people. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family holiday. I would only suggest that the pools are heated a little as the outside pools were cold. The food was good but a few dishes were repetitive, so maybe that can be changed.
