Convenience and excellence! Exceptional variety and quality of food and beverages. Service beyond all expectations, with friendly and always helpful staff, especially in the main restaurant. Quality evening shows every day in Ficus Show Center, with a big round of applause for Rumi Dance Theater. Animateur Osama, waiter Elif were awesome and kind. Great service in pavilions on the sea really worth renting. We truly appreciate your efforts and will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends!

Stayed this hotel in the first half of October. Subsequently, the cleaning was quite high-quality, daily (I left a dollar), regular change of towels and linen (everything clean, without any stains and holes). The food was of high quality, quite varied. Of course, seafood and veal are not served as often as desired. The restaurant is bright, it is cleaned very well, the waiters are in a neat and clean uniform, dirty dishes and tables are cleaned very quickly. The beach is clean, well cleaned, there were no problems with free sun loungers (but if you come after 10 o'clock in the morning, you need to look around). Beach towels are issued at the spa by cards, there are no problems with changing them. I'd like to note that the beach in the hotel is a 5!!!The hotel area is green, very well-groomed, compact, but at the same time sufficient for relaxation. Finally, excellent service of the hotel, the service staff is very neat, works tirelessly, responsive and friendly. Will be back here again with family!!!

First of all never get a coach to this hotel as 2hrs 10 mins and taxi is 1hr 20. First impressions is the hot is 5 🌟 with no expense spared on furnishings. Rooms are modern with mini fridge stocked often but not having an iron or ironing board was a big surprise seeing this is my 7th trip to Turkey and always an iron in the room. Nice touch with dressing gown and slippers, and the air con temp needs to be adjusted at reception plus cuts off if balcony door opened so be aware.
Amenities Good gym with everything you need, mini golf, tennis, football, archery, keep fit classes and basketball. Snorkelling off the pier and water slides open from 10-2 & 15-17:00.
Bars & restaurants Great selection of drinks and food with two Al a cartes at €7 per person. Had an issue with Kahlua as it was watery but it looks like the bottles had been out for too long and a new bottle on the shelf was good. I have allergies and as Russian seem to take over this hotel staff English isn't always great, so had to ask a few people for help on ordering without Nuts and Seafood as no signs to help. After tipping a few waiters we got much better service and went the extra mile. Russians have always been a pain in Turkey as the most rude people on the planet with their pushing in tactics and no manors at all. Pushed in the queue for food many times and no waiter helped with this which was a bit frustrating, but understable as Russians seem to be extremely rude and agressive. Had to put up with this most places so no difference, just be prepared to deal with these morons.
All in all I wouldn't come back as I tend to like to try different places, large amount of Russian guests and too far away from the airport for us. But this place is very nice and extremely good value as we paid £600 each for a week WOW!!

We've spent at Rubi 15 days. Everything is very good and all travelers can be 100% sure you will have sunny days, warm weather and warm sea in October. Nights can be a bit fresh at the 2nd part of October. Rooms are cleaned daily, covid measures are very good. Food is very good, but we personally spent all day on the beach and we used beach snack bar. Drinks and cocktails are made with good quality ingredients. From our experience almost none of the stuff speaks English. 1st day when I asked "what type of beer do you have?" and waiter replied "beer, of course" and he came back with random glass of beer. Stuff are mainly Turkish, russian or people from Azerbaijan. So Russians will feel like home, but guest relations ladies has nearly 0 English level. And this is a big minus. On top of that I recommend to add 16+ years old area on the beach, because crazy Russians are bringing babies on the beach and sometimes it's impossible to enjoy the sunbathing while kids are screaming whole day. Russian guests (95% of hotel guests) can be arogant, without scence of privacy, social intelligence. You can recognise those mangoes immediately. But likely they are leaving the beach around 12 o'clock to be the 1st on lunch(already drunked, because they start in the morning with whiskey and cocktails) so beach after 12 was empty and we enjoyed silence ... Night program is satisfactory and professional. Great papaya beach , very very clean pool and fresh water. Main problem of hotel are guests (Russians) otherwise everything was amazing ! Tip for your trip, visit mid May - mid June or Sep/Oct ... Heard that July and August temps are 35-40C and humidity around 90%. Bottom line we are very happy and satisfied! If you are planing to go to Alanya - Rubi is the best , we've checked with many local people (not working in hotel). Wishes to hotel is to hire people with basic English and educate "Guest relation desk" workers how to talk English besides their russian skills. But language barriers can't destroy your vacation! Take your evening fresh Jack Daniels and enjoy the most beautiful sunset !

First ever all inclusive experience and it was great. Everything is taken care of, sparkling clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. There are enough calm spaces without loud music or annoying noise to just relax.
Two things that can be improved: 1. The variety of the food is superb, but there is a lack of clear descriptions of what goes into each dish. For people with allergies or dietary restrictions it's difficult to understand what they can or cannot eat. As a vegetarian, I certainly didn't starve :)) But I stayed off most hot dishes simply because I wasn't sure what they were made of.
2. Our room (villa suite) had a very curious bathroom/toilet arrangement... The toilet has a glass wall facing the terrace and the blinds don't really cover everything, especially when the lights are on in the evening. The shower doors open inwards and there are no hooks or similar inside the shower for the towel. There is no door or at least a curtain separating the entire shower/washroom area from the bedroom so it's a bit awkward to use when staying with friends.
Other than that, great place, 10/10 would recommend.

We returned as a family of four for the 2nd consecutive year as we were so impressed the first time round. We had an amazing stay and it was even better than last year. We had room service every day with top up at minibar; the food was incredibly delicious; the staff in reception were some of the friendliest and helpful people you will ever come across especially Tolbi - he is a gem and arranged for us to have extended stay in our room as we had a late night flight. The guys in the restaurant treated us like family. Big thanks to Baris, Osman, Ayce and all of you- you treated us with so much care and you are a credit to your country. The hotels amazing animation team, our special friend Yunis is a star. We had such a great time with him learning archery and darts and he was full of energy and joy. The gym is one of the best you will come across and Villdan and Anna were absolutely wonderful. We cannot find a single thing that we were not happy with. The quality of hotel and staff is first class and thank you for giving us an enjoyable and momentous 10 days. They had the best Covid safety you could expect and they did it so efficiently that we felt so safe and protected. We will be back!! Thank you Rubi Platinum you are the best! 👍🏝

This absolutely fabulous hotel deserves 10! stars and takes the All Inclusive concept to the whole new level of luxury with stylish, spacious accommodation, a fantastic range of dining options and extensive leisure activities. We had a Family Reunion to Remember there! In general, everything is in excellent maintenance. ALL of the staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. Incredible really! The Food is excellent, of great variety for all ages and tastes and is available at All times of day or night! Beverages are served all around facilities by very speedy waiters. Everything is easily accessible and well thought through. Rubi Platinum has so many amenities and activities lined up for all ages, we were never bored and didn’t have to leave the hotel in search of leisure. The entertainment team is excellent! The kids club has lots of activities to keep kids busy and happy. The Aqua Park is thrilling enough for kids and safe enough for parents to stay relaxed. Every night there is a disco for little ones, followed by a different every evening beautiful Shows. The grown ups can enjoy great discos afterwords. I did! Don’t miss to use the Spa! We all got excellent treatments for a very reasonable price. A special mention goes to Illuh and Maria who have healing hands. Management team are professional and helpful. Hotel Tour Guide Zurab Aslan was always present to sort out any situations of need me and my numerous family (13 of us!)got into. Any company should be proud of such a dedicated team member as Zurab. Our room was luxurious, comfortable and with heavenly sea-views. The pools accommodate freely the quests, the beech is clean, easily accessible and the quests are well looked after. The sea is clean, and the lovers of deep water can have a swim from The Pier. I highly recommend holidaying at this hotel. And I am really hoping one day to go back there. Me and my 3 year old son stayed in this hotel in September 2020. It was an outstanding experience from the start to the end. After we checked in, I asked for the kids potty, and the lady from the room service brought the kids bed, potty and a stroller. I haven’t seen such customer oriented service before! There were always enough sun beds on the beach. The sea is in the lagoon, so no waves at all which is perfect for small kids. Fantastic sunsets. Cool entertaining program in the evening. Nice playground for kids. Fantastic service at the restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern.
Rubi Platinum is an amazing hotel! I highly recommend it.

Hello, ironing services are subject to additional charges. There is no iron. The hygiene products and shampoos are not bad and you will get more after using them. But this year there was no toothbrush. It's better to take it.
