We were a few families with kids and we had an amazing time for a week. The hotel is new, opened in 2019, the reception area is huge with plenty room for guests, bar and play room. The rooms are nice, large enough, almost all of the rooms acommodates 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and an extensible armchair good enough for a kid up to 10 years old. There is a room on each floor (the ones ending with *000) with amazing view to the sea. The room is has a pyramidal shape and 3 of the walls are fully glass. This rooms are huge, and acommodate a queen size bed and an extensible couch. It surely worth the upgrade. The rooms are cleaned every day. Restaurant is modern, and is not very difficult to find a table even at busy hours. The food is great and tastes good. The appetizers are presented at a high standard. It is impressive. We found all kind of meat every single day, cooked differently. The deserts are heavenly, with big selection of baclava. The service in food area is excellent, the waiters are very nice and serve you with drinks very fast. The bar waiters and the bartenders are also very nice and friendly. If we needed anything we contact the reception and they sorted out very fast, no matter the problem. Need a robe for going to pool? Call reception and they delivered to your room fast. Overall we did had an amazing time. They are really trying their best to make you enjoy the time in the hotel. We will for sure book another vacantion to this chain of hotels. Family of 2 adults and 2 kids, we choose this hotel in order to spend our winter holidays by relaxing. We liked the fact that the hotel is right on the beach and we also read other people's reviews which were very good. We can now tell you that it was a realy great experience. The hotel is so nice and clean. The staff is very polite and carefull. The foods is so good with large variety of choises. The balcony view at the sea was so nice (although we changed the first room because of the closed angle of the balcony that made the view from inside imposible. You could see the sea only if you were going out on the terrace). We realy liked a lot the evenings in lobby where we could listen to live piano music, we could play games, enjoy nice drinks... etc. We liked the Bingo night, the kids entertaiment, the swiming pool which our kids enjoyed a lot. The walkings on the beach were so relaxing and it was a nice surprise to see the bufet outside open, so the kids enjoys some hot burgers that made thier day. :) The bigest surprise was at the New Years Eve, when we expected something simple, but the management realy prepaired a great night with great show, cockteils and fireworks (a bit too crowdy, but a very nice atmosphere). We also enjoyed a very nice family complete massage (chocolate massage for the kids) where we were realy spoiled (extra cost, but worth it). Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely come back.

I am so glad I stayed here, the hotel was clean the staff were lovely, always helpful. Food was incredible. The staff were accommodating, always going that extra mile. The shop in the hotel was very reasonably priced, the people there were so kind and considerate, my children loved there free lollies. The restaurant always had a huge variety of dishes, the desserts were to die for. The hotel was wonderful and i would definitely travel here again

I've just returned from a holiday here and whilst I enjoyed it overall, I wouldn't choose to go here again. The good bits: good WiFi everywhere, super clean, beautifully presented, friendly staff, yummy fresh gozleme and good choice of drinks included with the all inclusive.
The bad bits:
the noise! It was so so loud with music blaring out at an uncomfortably loud volume by the pool in the mornings until around midday and then the music from the stage in the evenings was extremely loud and went on late into the night. The animation team seemed to just play whatever music they wanted to at a ridiculous volume, and the choice of music was extremely inappropriate, regularly playing songs with lots of swearing and vulgar lyrics, I'm not a prude but this was in the middle of the day on several of the days and this hotel caters for families too, so was not appropriate.
The music was so loud you couldn't get away from it, even at the beach. It made it impossible to relax.
The Food: the only good food was the fried chicken and the gozleme from the snack bars. The rest of the food was never hot, only warm at best. Breakfast was always cold (cold scrambled eggs etc) and we ate out at nearby restaurants half the week even though we paid for all inclusive.
If you want a peaceful, relaxing hotel with good food, this is not a hotel I would recommend.

Great quality and variety in food. Excellent service at all points. The sweet chef Muhammet was a star. Clear and not too wavy sea most of the time. New hotel, clean rooms, every night entertainment (although the sounds were clashing with the neighbour hotel) 4* only because of the majority of guests who are not wearing masks and respecting social distancing rules.

Very nice and good hotel. Good location. Clean, good food and good service. Negative : When you are having diner and it is 20.45 then you can't get any glass of wine to finish your diner. You have to leave the restaurant at least at 21:00.

Beautiful location, bazaar and shops nearby. Very good, plentiful and diverse food. The sandy beach and the stone-free entry into the water is an asset for those who are definitely looking for this kind of beaches. Sufficient sun loungers at any time and spaced apart, with privacy. The Spa team is very professional and I highly recommend (for ladies) Tatiana for facial treatment (you have to try, it's great).

I always struggle to find genuine reviews from English people. So here goes..... From arriving at the Hotel and walking through the doors you're welcomed to an absolutely stunning hotel. It soon becomes apparent that this is worth all the 5*s. We had the love room which was on the 3rd floor, a beautiful room with stunning views of the pool area and beach. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom was perfect. The entire grounds really are very very nice, inside and out everywhere was spotless. The staff from reception, guest relations, bar staff, animation team, restaurant and cleaners are incredibly friendly and most speak good English. If we came across any that didn't and we had a question they very quickly found someone who spoke English. Food, there was always food available no matter what time of day. Lots and lots of variation so even the fussy ones will find something. The restaurant had plenty of room, we never struggled to get a seat and the staff were amazing. The beach is far nicer than any of the photos we saw before coming. Some tips..... Bring a snorkel, you can see small fish just off the beach. In the evening before going to the entertainment go to the lobby bar and get a drink, they do more cocktails than the pool bar. The frozen ones are delicious! Bring euros, we had lira but everywhere takes euros, in and out of the hotel. Just outside the hotel there is an underground short walk to shops, its really cool late at night all lit up, far more shops than we expected as you can't see them from the road. It's pretty obvious from my review but if you're questioning about booking because of other reviews or nto seeing enough info, photos etc I can assure you you won't regret it. I'm writing this sat waiting to be picked up to go to the airport..... Sad times haha.

This is one of the best holidays I have ever been on. As soon as you walk through the doors the interior inside it’s beautiful and everywhere is spotless, check in and check out very easy. The rooms are beautiful and bathrooms very clean air con was not the best. The food was lovely, however did not cater for a more English pallet but my boyfriend always found something he enjoyed and gives the opportunity to try new things! The animation team really made this holiday special to us, a huge shout out to Valeria, Yusef, Morant and Chiyan. They spoke amazing english and created a great relationship with me and my boyfriend, without them our holiday would not of been the same. The shows at night are really good and they have a party on the pier every night. There was not many other English people here we met about three English couples but if you are thinking about booking this hotel do it!! I couldn’t of asked for a better holiday I can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you Granada Family and thank you animation team.
