The hotel itself was great! Very clean and the staff were lovely! The food was delicious and the facilities were great! The pool and beach were 10/10! The rep that we met on our first day spoke amazing English and was so helpful and we booked some amazing excursions! The Green Canyons is a MUST!!! It was beautiful and great value for money! The only cons that we found very hard were that we were the only English couple in the hotel at that time! The main nationalities were Russian and German and to say that they were friendly would be a lie! I don’t get intimidated ever but they were very rude and it was very intimidating! The staff were even shocked that we were English as they don’t get many English people stay there by what they were saying. The evening entertainment was a 4/10 and again, the only language’s actually spoken was Russian and German! The staff that could speak some English really tried too include the language in the entertainment but again, it was rare as i don’t think they knew any English we’re staying there! Our room was lovely but the bed were like Concrete. The only other thing we found abit rubbish is that we payed for all inclusive but ended up spending loads on water that was sold in the shop on the lower floor of the hotel! The only bottled water you could get for free were tiny little bottles which were only given out in 1 of the bars which was in the entrance of the hotel and that bar did not open until 10am! Every other bar and the main dining restaurant you could not get bottled water, only tap water which I did not want to risk. They said it was filtered but I didn’t want to chance getting poorly! …

Of course it depends on the time of year, but we usually also have some English guests and even repeat guests who come back every year. We have mostly German guests, but also many other European nations. A colorful mix. The languages spoken during the animation program are German, English, Russian and Turkish. However, we will take your report very seriously and review it. Thanks for that. Upon request, we would be happy to provide you with more water for your room. Please let the guest relations or reception teaam know on your next visit. We would have been also happy to have provided you with a topper for the mattress upon request. SPECTACULAR! Clean + comfortable. Food is amazing, and drinks delicious (24-hour supply of both!). And staff is extremely helpful! They also make a really big effort for the entertainment. Big pool + water slide. Water sports available right outside the hotel... direct access to the beach from the hotel and great setup on the beach (towels + chairs + umbrellas). Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Annabella Diamond. Great location, beach is close and you have all of the facilities you need ( shops, swimming pool, sea). The food has a plenty of selection to choose from. The restaurant/kitchen staff is lovely as usual, they will do everything to make your stay more comfortable. We managed to see October Fest, which was well organized, and we had a lot of fun. The staff in this hotel are very professional. We used to spend our nights in lobby bar which again, can't say any bad word about it. Very professional, and will do everything to make your stay better. Loads of fun we had , talking with the staff in lobby. In general we have nothing bad to say about this hotel. You will find here everything you need, and hotel staff will make your experience even better. During the day you have a snack bar which is a great thing if you get hungry during the day in between meals! Hotel is full of entertainment. They even invited us to Repeat Guest Party which is a lovely idea to organise and welcome all repeat customers and make it a bit more special. We would highly recommend this hotel for everyone. …

Only good words about this hotel. Everything is perfect, you have everything you need. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and even snacks in between. Great environment and staff are very friendly and kind. If you have any issues they will try to resolve it straight away. Perfect place to stay with you kids as well, there is a mini disco and mini club for your kids. Plenty entertainment during the day, yoga, games and etc. I can't say any bad word about this hotel , 4th time we are here and definitely not the last one. Service is amazing, from the beginning until the end. Great experience as always.

On the whole not a bad hotel, I have certainly stayed in worse as well as better. I will get the negetives out of the way first. 1. If you are a non smoker this is not the best hotel for you. There are no restricted smoking areas which means that people smoke around the pools, on their loungers, in the snack bar area in the outside resteraunt area and it feels like you struggle to escape it. 2. The food as with a lot of all inclusives is really rather repetitive and also because there is only a 2hr window from 19:00 to 21:00 for evening meals it gets very busy. Most AI's I have previously stayed at generally have the resteraunts open for longer. The snack bar is pretty good though and ice lollys are a nice touch. 3. WiFi is not included it is 1€ per day per device. I would expect WiFi to be included in a 5* hotel and if you have to pay for it then I would also expect full coverage over the whole of the hotel, around the pool the connection could be very poor. Positives 1. The entertainment team are amazing especially Can and Sunshine! There is plenty to do during the day as well as a decent evening programme. The beach party being the highlight. 2. The spa was fantastic and reasonably priced. We had a Turkish bath and massage which was fantastic! Highly recommend! 3. Drinks are pretty good. The white wine is certainly drinkable and the spirits are poured from miniture bottles meaning you don't get the usual 3/4 glass of vodka and a splash of coke. Efes is the beer on draft which again is very nice! Ibrahim was always very helpful around the pool bar. 4. There is a pool towel service which again is nice but would expect it in a 5*. 5. The kids loved the slides we had lots of fun on them a nice little addition. Overall not a bad hotel at all would probably say more 4* than 5* but we had a great time and felt very welcome.…

At first glance, a beautiful hotel with a large enough pool and good access to the sea. The rooms are well equipped, with a free minibar. However, the bathroom was not very clean in both rooms) We had a problem right on arrival, when we were given a different room than the one we paid for. We arrived at night, we had two small children with us and there was not even an extra bed in the room. The staff tried to fix this and within 20 minutes they brought us an extra bed. We were supposed to get a sea view room and instead we were looking at a very busy and noisy road from the balcony. The next day in the afternoon, they assigned us the right room. As compensation, we received free WiFi (but this would not have happened without the intervention of the delegate). We were not very pleased with the food, it was full of various substitutes (mainly desserts). The drink was juice from concentrate. But what I liked was iced tea, fruit and stewed meat in different ways. We used the services of the hotel spa. The services were very good, the full body massage was very pleasant and also the Turkish massage. However, I would like more cleanliness in the spa area (and the hotel in general). The entertainment team was great esp. Taha, they entertained us every day with different events (mini disco, karaoke, bingo, darts, foam party...). I would recommend the hotel especially to less demanding customers. The kids liked it very much.…

Superb hotel, Nice staff, friendy, food delicious, everything was great. Great for children and family. Shops and Bazaar nearby. Everything is nice and clean. Mutiple choices of safari trips or swimming with the Dolphins. 5 stars.

Unfortunately have to give 1 star due to not being given the family room we booked & being put in a smaller room for 2 nights. This meant 4 people living out of a suitcase for 3 days. Totally unacceptable! They gave us free wifi & free safe for our 2 week stay to compensate which we were grateful for but nothing could compensate for the upset & inconvenience of being in the wrong room for 3 days, other than giving us the right room in the first place. This is a real shame because the hotel is spotless, food is lovely, bar, restaurant & cleaning staff very nice & friendly. Beach is amazing. Would not go again though because we were only given the room we booked & paid for on day 3 of our hard earned holiday.
