Grettings from Amanpulo. We are in the middle of a 12-day vacation and wanted to share with you this extraordinary resort floating in the Sula Sea. What do we love about it...let me count the ways. 1) The food is fabulous. In fact, while we were eating our date brûlée on the bamboo raft my husband said that you couldn't...

My title says it all. This is the best resort in the Philippines by far. You just need to see it to actually believe it! Situated in the middle of nowhere with its own airport, it is I imagined what paradise would be. Beautiful powdery white sand beaches ring the whole island. Wildlife can be seen all over from birds...

As many other reviewers have stated the Amanpulo is a first rate resort. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the beach is beautiful. The food is very good. Nonetheless the highlight of the Amanpulo is the fantastic service. The entire staff seems to anticipate your every need and of course their Philippino hospitality is unequaled. The only down...

We stayed at Amanpulo for four nights during Chinese New Year and it may be worth noting for couples and honeymooners that there were many families with children 5 and under during this season. However, due to the property size/guest ratio there was still a lot of privacy, and none of the children were disruptive. I contrast this to Amanusa...

Being a Philippine resident and having been able to enjoy most of the beautiful beaches in the country, the only thing that would set Amanpulo's shoreline apart from the equally beautiful beaches in Boracay is its exclusivity. The sand - equally white and as fine as powder. The waters - turquoise clear. It's as beautiful sans of course the hoards...

I’ll make it easy for you to understand why this place is great. 1) The look: it’s picture perfect - in the middle of nowhere a private island with pristine beach, beautiful coral reef and pure white sand. It looks like a glossy laminated travel magazine cover, without the photoshop. 2) The privacy: admit it, we are anti-social bast**ds when...

We have long been supporters of Aman, having stayed at Amanpuri, Amanjena, Le Melezin and Sveti Stefan, in addition to Amanpulo many times. The experience that we had at Amanpulo in the last couple of years has been spectacular. It takes truly professional management and staff not only to ensure that a superior service is delivered, but to convey an...

I last went to Amanpulo about 10 years ago. I read all the recent reviews and was astonished how consistently good they all were so decided to go back, rather than go to the Maldives again. I agree with most of the recent reviews, they give an accurate portrayal of the place. The service at Amanpulo is in a different...

The beach is very nice, powder milky sand, but when you go on the other side of the island, its full of seaweeds, i saw some empty plastic bottle water and pieces of wood maybe washed ashore. The rooms are clean , everybody was saying the staff are very good, maybe I came on a busy weekend, but I have to...
