We spent one night here in early June. Our room was very spacious but felt somewhat dark and claustrophobic, retaining a cell-like quality. The swimming pool was most disappointing, having chosen this Parador because it had a pool. It was extremely small and laughably shallow, while the pool area was not very attractive. The old convent building itself was very... More

We stayed here on our journey south last year and said then we would stay here again and we have. The Parador has secure parking via a car lift to their underground parking. We were allocated a parking spot. It was very easy. The staff on reception had very good English and they helped us take our luggage to our... More

This Parador will not let you down. Visually stunning with most of the original features retained but with the bedrooms upgraded to a good degree of luxury. The staff are very friendly and most helpful.

We stayed here 1 night. Very nice. Beautiful building. Lovely rooms. We had a family room. Our son's bed was made up a little late, but was sorted out quickly. We ate breakfast we was really good. So far the Parador with the best breakfast. Room was very clean.

We stayed for a night on a Family trip with our sons and we all loved it. Great building, we felt transported back in time, and lovely atmosphere. Our room was really big and very comfortable and everything was spotless clean. I can recommend to stay there!

What a nice place! We were basically overwhelmed when we arrived, the old convent is preserved as good as possible, the rooms or as the call it "celdas" have a nice interior and a cool beside the heat outside! I enjoyed my stay! Only minus I would give is that you can't have breakfast on the terrace, in this point... More

Fantastic pedestrian entrance to the 16C convent Parador gave a real feel good effect which continued throughout our 2 day stay. We found it easily with the sat nav, parked in front to register and then drove to garage which was an unnerving experience with a car lift and tight spaces but we survived. Very Large room overlooking pool was... More

Unlike other reviewers, we found parking easy to find and the lift more straightforward than we had feared. The parador itself is absolutely stunning. It is simply beautiful. There are many areas to sit, an amazing cafe with very quick service, fabulous staircases, a beautiful garden ... I could go on for ages. We were unable to use the ancient... More

This Parador is in a converted convent, and it is gorgeous inside. However, it isn't well signposted from the motorway and the vehicle access is not intuitive -- the hotel is inside the city wall, and the parking garage is outside. We left the car on the outside and walked to the lobby. Check-in was a reminder of fascist Spain... More

Wonderful hotel , we felt like medieval times . Big Rooms for families , the hotel is an ancient monasterie in perfect Conditions , the gardens , restaurant and lobby are nice spots to go around and just relax . Besides you are very close from the Casco antigo with the cathedral ands plaza mayor .
