The Inn says it all with its ornate sign out front. The Inn itself is charming with plenty of service and helpful staff to accommodate guests' requests. The food was good and is a popular destination for locals as well. It does have a monopoly, but it doesn't abuse this with gratuitous expense. Our room was very comfortable and clean.... More

The sight of the Inn from the street really is like stepping back into time and we are so glad you enjoyed the hotel and area (even if the wifi was a little too "colonial")! We pride ourselves on matching this beautiful building with kind, helpful staff-- happy to hear that your expectations were met and then some! Thank you... More

Wonderful outdoor dining on the porch! We were in Concord for four days and experienced dining at the Colonial Inn twice. One meal was on the porch and the other inside. Both were delightful! Our meals were delicious, and our servers very cordial and attentive. The salmon was exceptional and warranted a second visit! The steak and homemade pot pie... More

Dining on the porch is one of the best parts about the Inn and the food matches the atmosphere. We are so glad you had a nice experience, excellent service and yummt food! We hope you will dine with us again (and maybe stay in haunted room 24)! Thank you so much for the feedback! More

We had a fabulous experience at the Colonial Inn. We ended up being upgraded to the cottage, which was a lovely room with a screened in porch. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the beautiful front porch and ate dinner in the bar area one night. The food was amazing, the best mussels I've ever had. The rest of my... More

We are so pleased to hear that you would choose us again! I agree that the cottage is lovely and we are glad you enjoyed the complimentary upgrade! The mussels are terrific and the truffle fries are a staff favorite-- I will pass your compliments to the Chef! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we... More

Excellent services and environment. Room chosen from three offers was small, but thoroughly comfortable and fit our requirements exactly. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was easily controlled for a good night's sleep. Surrounding area is dense with historical sites.

I was at the Colonial Inn for my son, Stephen Fiola and his fiance, Nicole Fitzgerald's wedding, and overall everything was great. The staff and environment was excellent. I would highly recommend the Colonial Inn to friends :)

I stayed at the Colonial Inn for a summer wedding. The rooms are clean and updated, yet the historical charm has been well preserved. The service was excellent and the food served in the restaurant and at the wedding reception was delicious. The location of the inn is within walking distance of many places of interest in Concord, and the... More

We eaten at the Inn on several occasion and finally stayed there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. We enjoy the rather labyrinthine corridors which connect several buildings, some of with date back centuries. We would recommend it.

We are so glad you finally decided to spend the night with us and that you enjoyed our maze of an Inn! It is a unique space that people are either very fond of or not so fond of. We think it's part of the charm-- we are glad you agree and would recommend us! Thank you so much for... More

The location of the Colonial Inn is wonderful! However, the building itself is like a rabbit's warren...many small rooms...particularly confusing during check-in. Parking was a nightmare during our stay. No special provisions seemed to have been made for inn guests and desk personnel seemed confused as to where we should park. We were directed to a nearby church; then at... More

Hello and thank you for your time to tell us about your stay! I am sorry that you had trouble parking. I regret to say that it is not that uncommon, though we have alternatives for you in the church, street, a municipal visitors lot, and Rite Aid down the street. I will review this with the desk team to... More

I stayed at the Colonial Inn for several days last month for my graduation. We booked several rooms because my whole family was there. The hotel itself is really lovely. It's in a really bucolic little square that really shows off all of Concord's historic adorable-ness. The hotel itself is old and charming but all of the rooms are updated... More

We recently stayed here for four nights. I dislike when properties brand themselves as “inns” so they can get away with being fairly shabby. The property is due for top to bottom refurbishment. The furniture is all marred and scarred, the wallpaper is pealing and the mattresses must be twenty years old. They offer continental breakfast only on weekends and... More

My apologies that you did not enjoy the charms of our historic Inn. While some areas mentioned do need some renovating, we have undergone several in the last years and I am sorry that didn't show through in your eyes! Still, thank you for your time and feedback; it is noted and passed along to the appropriate managers. More
