This is a beautifully presented and friendly family hotel which serves great food. The rooms are comfortable. The local area is scenic and peaceful. A great stopping off point to explore the area or if passing nearby.

A nice quiet hotel more like a B&B. Nice room but no air conditioning and it was hot when we were there. But, big windows to let in the breeze. The property is run by two sisters who were extremely friendly and helpful making our three day stay a wonderful experience. Close to the beaches and just ten minutes from... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in early August. Was looking for something in the Asturia region and this was located ideally. It's an old house so it doesn't have air-conditioning but even so it was quite cool in the evening. The room itself was great with enough space and a good bathroom with a fine shower. the reception we received... More

This hotel was just what we needed! It's located quite close to the more-touristy town of Cudillero, and you can drive there in less than 15 minutes. The hotel itself is quaint and has a history; it's still owned by the family. Our room was nice, if standard European size (small for any Americans out there), but it was so... More

Thank you very much for leaving your opinion. You are right, the size of the standard rooms have the minimum measures required and to US customers are small. But finally we see the typical Asturian wooden gallery compensated stay. We also want to thank you for mentioning the restaurant and breakfast service, we're glad you liked it. More

If you enjoy a peaceful location with lots of character and excellent service, try this restored tailor's establishment. The food is excellent and the hosts very gracious despite our limited Spanish ! Nearby Cadavedo beach is a treat if you like secluded beaches and the popular Cudillero fishing village is nearby. Located right on the Camino in Soto de Luina,... More

This is a very comfortable and well maintained hotel with a lot of character. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The hotel "La Casa Vieja del Sastre" is the result of the renovation of a traditional Asturian house built in 1890. All furniture and tools were recovered and replaced in the new renovated hotel, as we try to uphold the original atmosphere of tailors and dressmakers. The hotel is situated in Soto de Luina in the municipality of Cudillero, it's only 2km from the beach of San Pedro de la Ribera, 5 km from Vidio Cape, 10 Km from Cudillero and 25 km from the Airport (OVD-Asturias Airport). It's on the way for pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela (St James Way). ... more   less
