Stayed in a cave house for two nights, very comfortable heated at night excellent on site restaurant swimming pool and cafeteria, 4.5km from Guadix and cave museum which was worth a visit but felt that being away from town a foot of Sierra Nevada topped with snow added to the whole experience.

We stayed here overnight on our way to Marbella. The complex is lovely, it has a small pool and a decent (we only had breakfast) restaurant. The views were incredible and the stars were so bright at night! The cave was clean with a fully equipped kitchen. It had some rustic furniture that set the tone well. It even had... More

It's a fun experience to stay in a cave for one or two nights. If you have enough time, I'd recommended a stop over here. The cave is very authentic, though modern and comfortable. Personnel is hospitable, when you've finally found someone... When we arrived (at 2 PM) reception was closed and it took half an hour before someone showed... More

We spent one night here on the way to Nerja and it was fantastic. The cave was wonderfully cool and so well equipped. When we looked out the door we had a breath-taking view of the Sierra Nevadas with a little snow too. We saw squirrels and owls in the grounds and the food in the restaurant in the evening... More

We have just spent one night at this cave hotel. We had what amounted to a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a sitting room and a small kitchen. The furniture was rustic, but the cave was very clean and wonderfully cool for August. The whole cave/hotel complex was amazing. There was a swimming pool and restaurant/bar, also a little... More
