I've just returned from 5 days in Lanjaron that felt a lot longer, in the best possible sense! If you want the 5 star fawning, and clinical service of a stay in a generic "I could be in any accommodation in the world" type of place, then don't come here. If you want a warm, homely, welcoming experience then Ann's...

We have recently stayed in La Casa del Viento ..what a wonderful place it' is. Exceptional views from the Mountains down to the Village of Lanjaron A place to stay if you want peace and quiet The Casitas have self catering facilities but Ann the owner will provide meals on request. They are very comfortable and meet every need A...

Found this on a website and looked at other accommodations, but none had the appeal that this offered. Stayed in Casita Sierra, and although it is quite compact,it was perfect for us.Ann's hospitality and cooking were excellent and contributed to a very relaxing stay. Only downside was that the village was a little bit too far to walk for an evening meal,and...

This is the second time I have stayed at La Casa del Viento. The rustic accommodation adds to the charm of the place. The rooms are all clean, well equipped and have views to die for. Ann is a fabulous host who makes you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. I can't wait to return.

I visited Ann, Scruffy and all the gang for the third time in July this year. Ann is so warm and welcoming that it feels like a second home... nothing is too much trouble. The weather was perfect for riding from Sarah's ranch just up the road. Looking forward to next years visit already...

We had ten days with Anne and her dogs/children Oscar and Scruffy. Through a recommendation we found this gem and we are already planning a trip back.. Do i want to say too much or keep it a secret! This is a guest house set up and so those looking for 5 star should stay near the coast.. But will...

Very basic accommodation. Bathroom bins not emptied during entire stay which with the heat is unhygienic and disgusting. Food cheap from Lidls - wine also! Some Spanish food other than one paella would have been a nice touch - since we were in Spain! Ver very disappointing and I would never consider recommending to anyone.

We stayed with Anne through the Caballo Blanco Trekking Centre and to be honest I don't think any of us gave much thought to our accommodation in the panning. HOW LUCKY WERE WE! We arrived and immediately realized we'd landed on our feet, Anne couldn't have been more welcoming, all the volunteers were friendly and interesting and we quickly realized...

I have now stayed here three times. I keep coming back because Ann is a superb host, her food is incredible and the location is stunning. The rooms are comfortable and, despite it being chilly for the beginning of May, they were warm. I could not recommend it more highly!

Stayed over at Casa del Viento as part of a Horse Trekking tour. It's a very nice cottage. There's lots of places to lounge around and catch views of Lanjaron. There's even a pool, which could be used in the summer. The owner, Ann, was lovely and she's really quite a good cook. Her dogs & cats were also great...

“Wi fi available if you sit near the pool or Ann's kitchen. I stayed in Casa Rosa which had wifi on the patio, wonderful views of the town and the sunset and far enough away from the hen house to not be bothered by the rooster crowing in the morning”
