Spent four nights here for DragonCon. The price and location were very good. It's located near the Weston and America's Mart. However, the lower price was directly proportional to the size of the room. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed at. There was barely enough room for two queen beds and a dresser. Since all we use the room for is changing, a shower and some sleep during the con, it was sufficient. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. The mini refrigerator and microwave were also a plus. I didn't use the Keurig coffee maker, but it was nice to know it was there if I wanted to, with coffee pods included. The bath was also small, barely room on the vanity for one persons personal items. It had a tub/shower combo with plenty of water pressure and hot water. They use the pump dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc. I like that. They do not have on-site parking so you will have to use their valet or park yourself. A parking garage is literally next door so self-parking is pretty easy. Besides the more reasonable cost, the best part was how friendly the staff were. Every time we came in or went out we were greeted with a friendly hello or good bye. The would open the door for us or wait patently for another elevator if the one we wanted to get on didn't have enough room for everyone. Oh, and about the elevators - they were also the smallest I've ever been on. Each one of the three elevators only holds five people (or two people with their luggage). Even so, there was never a very long wait to get on or off the elevator like at the bigger hotels. I'm thinking about staying here next year. It wouldn't be a bad choice.

I'm a Holiday Inn girl, but I also am honest about my stays. That being said, I'm happy with this stay. We stayed here for DragonCon and I couldnt be happier. Our room was large, there was no view (oh well, no nig deal) and the staff was friendly. They took pictures and even gave us some snacks and water when we got in really late one night. For the amount of people here, they had a great attitude. For the convention, it took about 5-7 minutes to walk but was away from the crowd. We will be staying here again!

We stayed for one night in this downtown hotel. The lobby was very small, but the person working was friendly and so was the valet. The elevators were very small and the hallways were narrow with low ceilings. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room to be very generously sized with two beds that were very high. Breakfast offered enough variety to start the day. My only complaint was that the morning valet service was really slow and seemed overwhelmed with everybody wanting to check out at the same time on Sunday morning, and the elevators were painfully slow.

I got laid over on Delta and they put us up at this hotel which was built in January. Very chic and modern design, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, excellent Wi-Fi, flat-screen screen TV HBO Cinemax etc. Large glass walk in shower, fridge and microwave, and very quiet even though close to the airport. Shuttle service was excellent and Driver very informative along the way about places to go nearby for shopping excetera. Breakfast buffet was the best I've seen in a long time with some healthy options like veggie omelets, turkey sausages, yogurt, fruit Etc, with bags to go. All the staff I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay at this outstanding Hotel.

We stayed one night to see a show nearby. We were especially pleased to meet a very kind front desk staff and to find our room ready for a very early check in. The room was small, but clean and quiet. Breakfast is provided from 6:30 to 9:30. Lots to do within walking distance. The valet was quick and friendly. Definitely worth the price for parking in this area. We'd recommend it to anyone just in town for a night or a show.
