The shower was, great. Requested extra towels and got them. The food was really good. The Hotel staff was really good. Everyone was willing to assist you. The beds were made each day and I left a tip every but one.☺️

It is rare for me to sleep my first night in a hotel, but I did here because the beds were so comfortable. The room was clean. There was some mildew in a small corner of the floor by the shower, but that's sometimes hard to get. The breakfast was okay, not great. The staff was friendly. I would definitely... More

We stayed at this Hampton in for several days while visiting family in the Atlanta area. It was a great location for us - near the mall, restaurants, and gas stations (we did a lot of driving). We started our day early, so it was great that we didn't have to worry about breakfast. At some "free breakfast" hotels, we... More

The hotel has comfortable beds! I didn't want to leave, so I stayed an extra two days. I love the location there are great restaurants near by and not far from other attractions. I came for business but ended up staying for leisure! I will stay again

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is right on 285 so if this is important to you, it should meet your needs. We were there for medical reasons as it was close to the facility we needed so I have no comment on breakfast except to see that the room provided for such looked agreeable. A person... More

Stayed here for a couple of evenings while in the Atlanta area for business. Have stayed in other Hampton Inns around Atlanta and I would rate them all similarly. The location was good us as we hopped on and off the highways easily. Front Reception staff were friendly, the room was acceptable although you did have to wrench your back... More

Quiet hotel, standard breakfast with waffle maker, pre-made omelettes, and basic breakfast choices. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed walking on the nearby Cumberland Gap Connector, which eventually connects up with the Silver Comet Trail. The Connector goes for about 5 miles and is a sidewalk trail going through the nearby residential areas, well marked. Good access to highway. Outdoor pool.

My daughter and I stayed here over the weekend to visit family. The Hotel staff was kind and always available. Rooms were generally clean and comfortable. I say generally because there were some towels left in the bathroom from the previous guest. But, I would definitely stay here again.

I like this Hampton inn, clean and good service. It offers reasonable price, which includes free parking. It's a 20-30mins' drive to downtown with traffic. I'd rather drive a bit more than paying more for the hotel without complementary parking.

The hotel itself is very clean and the security gate for parking is nice. The king room I had was nice but the bathrooms are in need of a big update. The shower head was plastic and the toilet was loud and low to the ground. Also, the coffee maker was located in the bathroom. I thought that was weird... More
