Not sure where to start…….I will start with the positives. The lobby is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very busy with business travel. I was on the 23rd floor and only 1 elevator was working. My room was not very clean and the carpet was was full of disgusting stains. Beds are very low to ground and itchy. The TV was statically and I was unable to watch it. Hotel needs renovations.

This hotel is no where the quality of any other Marriott. I am disappointed in how old this hotel is. The TV service is sporadic and buffers constantly. I tried to call to front desk, but the phone in my room does not even have a cord. Stay away from any hotel in downtown Atlanta

My recent stay at the hotel was not very pleasant. My husband and I had an event to attend on Saturday evening at 6 pm. We checked in for Friday night via the app for a 2 pm check in. We were aware of the 4 pm check in which was fine. After arriving at the hotel and checking at 3 pm, we were told the room was not ready. After an hour, we check the status on the room and it was still not ready. At 5 pm, we still had been contacted about the room. At 5:15 pm, I went to the desk to ask if it was anyway possible for us to get a room, as we had a 6 pm event to attend. I was not satisfied at all with having to run down a clean room! No apologies was given or anything to accommodate for the loss time we spent waiting on our room. Rating 1 The valet and bell staff were remarkable! They were very friendly and professional. When we called for the car, it was always waiting for us. Upon returning to the hotel, we were welcomed back. Hats off to the valet and bell staff! Fabulous customer service! No, I will NOT visit this property again nor will I refer it, even though it says, 4-STAR!

This hotel is top notch! Upon arrival, the valet gentlemen were so nice and helpful. They are running such a smooth operation in valet and gave very clear instructions on how to retrieve my car. The gentlemen at the Bell Desk were super friendly and had smiling faces. The security gentlemen were absolutely observant and doing a great job! That makes me feel super safe with my children here in a big city. The star of the show is Mrs. Autherine Rhoden at the front desk. I don’t know how long she has been with Marriott, but I was so impressed by how well she does her job. She went above and beyond her duties to make me feel welcome and to accommodate our group. Visiting a bigger city can be overwhelming for someone that lives in a small town and doesn’t travel often. When you walk in to a place and have an interaction with someone so warm and inviting, it makes the experience so enjoyable. I wish more people could have the attitude that Mrs. Rhoden does. I didn’t have all of my paperwork in order and she helped me the whole way through without getting frustrated one time. She gave me her full attention and problem solved very quickly. You couldn’t ask for better customer service than what she provided. She also seemed to be very well received and respected by her co-workers which speak volumes! My sister is in Management with Marriott and loves her job so much. She works so hard to provide the best customer service possible and takes great pride in working for Marriott. I just know she would love having someone like Audrine on her team. I had to call her immediately to let her know how much this experience meant to me. This is our third time staying at this property and will always be the one we choose when visiting Atlanta! Front desk worker Kelly was extremely rude consistently. A few other workers made up for it with good customer service. The television and wifi reception rarely worked or glitched or locked up. Overall, the appearance of the facility was dirty.

No clothes drawers and a door less closet. Very poor room design. One of the elevators to the 41-47th floor out of order so wait times were long. Shower water had great pressure but temperature fluctuations were constant when showering. The bar in the atrium level was a pleasant surprise compared to the rest of the hotel.

The customer service at this location should be the GOLD Standard for the hospitality industry. Whenever there is an issue I know 100% that these folks will take care of me. Today especially Aisha was as friendly as they come and made me a happy customer. This location has never been a problem, and any issues I have had were with other parties or services. But the pros here in ATL have resolved any speed bumps every time and with a smile. I cant speak more highly of how Aisha made me feel as a guest. Our rooms are always clean, and the staff are happy to work at a beautiful location. I would not want to stay in any other Hotel in ATL, and since Marriott hires this great of talent I look to them when I travel aboard as well. 5 Stars all around.

Amazing front office staff. Really helpful and courteous; thank you. Conference area and the staff were also top notch. Unfortunately cleaning services were not as good. My room was not properly cleaned even after several calls to the front desk. cereal crumbs, left from the previous guest, remained for a few days until I handpicked them. Overall the rooms are dated and are in need of a major upgrade. Disappointed with this Marriott facility.
