Business hotel will situated for Piedmont park, Georgia Tech and tech businesses. Room was comfortable and fairly up to date. Housekeeping was a bit patchy - they did not service my room for 2 days despite me reminding them. I would avoid the breakfast - it is overpriced, limited and just ok quality. There is a carbou coffee two blocks away and the Flying Biscuit (2 blocks) is excellent. Swimming pool was great and empty whenever I went. Staff are friendly and professional.
Awesome location, friendly staff. No heat, no blankets or enough towels without frequent requests. Overpriced food and awkward restaurant. It was welcoming to our kids and the heated pool was nice for kids. Parking was a pain too... Dizzy ascent to 9th for parking for each time to move car and daily fee for it, but that's more a midtown issue. Nothing spectacular or noteworthy, but nothing terrible either.
The kids didn’t want to leave for outings planned. Staff was extremely friendly and welcomed us back from said outing. Staff was attentive by accommodating all 4 of us. Thank you house keeping for keeping things clean and linen available.
I stayed for three nights and the overall stay was very positive. But after leaving the hotel I saw $80 in valet parking fees charged to me that did not apply. Flew into town and didn't even have a car. Required an extra phone call to rectify the issue but there may be others who don't realize this and are simply out $80.
This was a comfortable and clean hotel and the front desk staff were great! The room was well designed and a great view of mid town. The gym was clean and almost everything worked (one treadmill was broken). We felt at home here for the weekend.
We loved the size of the room we had and Madeline on the front desk was absolutely wonderful checking us in and providing advice on settling in. As international visitors to Atlanta, we would have loved a cup of tea rather than coffee in our rooms and it somehow seemed quite difficult to get the “English Breakfast” Keurig pods. We requested extra from housekeeping and they brought us three pods (we were staying four days) and we then requested milk for in our tea, which was a separate trip for three tiny capsules of milk (each cup actually could have used TWO capsules). It had seemed such a bother that we simply tipped housekeeping and didn’t ask for more but it would have been wonderful to have at least ONE cup of tea per person, per day. Our other slight grumble is that the water flow in the shower was so low that it just “dribbled” out of the shower, which meant it took a long time to wash hair or even get clean. A long hot shower would have been nice after the half marathon we came to run! However overall, the bed, tv, room and front desk staff were fantastic and we loved the little “market” near reception where we could buy some fruit salad or a light sandwich.…
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is in the perfect location if you need to be in the Midtown Atlanta area. Valet parking is quick and the employees are professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel provided everything we needed for a 2 nite stay. The staff was efficient and the location is perfect. The beds were comfortable and the heat setting worked perfectly. I always appreciate coffee in hotel room and her I was t o have as much as I wanted.
This is a great hotel and you can’t beat the price. The BEST part of this property is the front desk staff. They were very kind and eager to help in anyway. Madeline went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. This hotel is the exception. Wonder service by wonder people. Great location centralized in Midtown. Marta train two blocks away. It was an easy trip to and from the airport., Bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The rooms are clean comfortable and roomy. The beds are little in the firm side. Looking for a Hotel in Midtown? THIS is your place,
Customer service is poor. I was quoted one price in person, once I received my bill it was more than what was quoted to me. I spoke with the manager he acknowledged the error/miscommunication but refused to make to correction. Can’t believe the experience I had at the Hyatt!!!
