The lobby, bar and restaurant are very sophisticated. Unlike many other Hyatt’s. My room was spacious with a great view. The sales manager even sent a personal note which was much appreciated. It’s also perfectly located around great restaurants and shops.

2 blocks from Piedmont Park, and with nice selection of dining options off various side streets. Convenient access to Interstate (without being next to it), and right of city's main street (Peachtree St).

I liked staying in this area even though I only had 1 evening in Midtown Atlanta. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport via MARTA and there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. It was decently priced for a city hotel stay and the pool in particular is well-sized for swimming laps, a real treat.

I arrived at the Hotel around 11PM in the night and hotel entrance was dark without much lighting and lobby staff was not much welcoming but responsive. Looking at the Hotel I immediately decided to leave and cut short my stay from 3 days to 1-day due to poor visibility of lobby and bad carpets in the hotel. room was ok though. However, breakfast experience was pretty bad and staff didn't care much neither had good breakfast but I believe for $26 iHOP or any other fast food can do much better than what Hyatt provided.

The hotel itself isn't worthy of a 4 star. It's a pretty basic hotel. Rooms aren’t great. The breakfast is underwhelming( I'm also vegan and they only had potatoes and oatmeal for vegans). There was this obnoxious tapping noise throughout the night that kept waking me up. It sounded like someone was sweeping up against the corner of a wall but for HOURS. Location is great though. You're probably wondering why I gave this review a 4 star given my feedback above. The bartender service was beyond 5 star so that evens out the average. I was served by Chauncie (I'm sure I spelled her name wrong) and Ray. They were fantastic. My real call out was Chauncie. I appreciate great service and she went above and beyond to provide a great experience for all the patrons at the bar that night. I had such a great time that I visited the bar both nights. She literally had a full bar of folks with smiles all over our face, she's incredibly funny and attentive. I honestly would have not returned to this hotel without Chauncies exceptional service but I will absolutely be back and I hope that she's there. Actually maybe I'll call first lol.... We'll done Hyatt team, such a great hire.

I picked this hotel because it was rated 4 stars and is in the heart of midtown. It was surely a disappointment and I unfortunately didn’t enjoy my stay. I checked in and was put in a room that hadn’t been cleaned completely so I ended moving a different room 3 times. The only reason why I ended staying in the 3rd room is because I was running late for my brothers graduation event and couldn’t leave at the moment. The shower was dirty, there was urine and crumpled tissue around the toilet and stains all over the couches and walls. I took a Clorox wipe I had in my bag and wiped the headboard, when I was finished the entire wipe was black, I could of threw up. The housekeeping supervisor advised me that they follow covid-19 cleaning protocols but that was a complete lie. The rooms smelled like mildew and they told me it was the deodorizer that they use. I had to go buy a candle so that I could get the room to smell better. This hotel is due for some serious renovations and should not be considered 4 stars. It’s 2.5 stars at best. I regret selecting this hotel and wish I would have just booked with Marriott instead. Wasn’t worth the $1000 bill for 3 days.

Impeccable customer service, staff in every department truly excellent at all times. Room, however, equivalent to a budget motel, with the caveat I've experienced far superior nights' rest at any of the motels I've stayed in. Threadbare bathroom linen, pillows as cold and hard as tombstones, plumbing which continuously refilled (used or not) at a volume as loud as an in flight aircraft toilet, neighboring rooms plumbing clearly audible too - all night. Inadequate bed linen, tired old carpet, tired old fridge that lost its shelf /door compartments long ago. Clean room with a nice view but no sleep for +/- $300 a night. Food outrageously over-priced, $26 per person for breakfast, $4 for 8oz bottle water - $300 per night and no drink of water included. Seriously? As I said, all staff in every department were flawless, pity it seems their corporate body has a staggeringly underwhelming concept of value and quality.

Very noisy location. Right off the highway and train tracks. Across from lecox mall parking which is a super unsafe part of town .,, Terrible service. We were in a suite and they never gave Enough towels or coffee pods . Was a nightmare getting through to the room service of housekeeping. Must times had to tek to the lobby to get anything. And we are hyatt platinum Members! . Hate to think what service is being given to others. So avoid.

I spent several nights at the Hyatt Centric during a solo vacation in May 2022. PROS : Modern hotel in an excellent location. The bedroom was immaculately clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs was tastefully designed with tasty food albeit a very limited menu. Two gentlemen at the reception desk (cannot remember their names were very helpful and kind). CONS : No room service which I found shocking considering the cost of a room at this hotel. This was my first experience in a hotel without any form of room service and it really dampened my stay. It is impossible to have anything delivered to your room. Guests are expected to come down place an order and take their food upstairs with them. Very strange practice and a huge inconvenience. Certainly not what I was expecting. Second suggestion would be to open up the roof top bar all week rather than only at the weekend. I did enjoy my stay at the hotel and I am open to visiting again but will do so only when room service becomes available. Until then, I will look into other options in the area.

We stayed her for 7 days and our room was cleaned for 3 days during our entire stay. The towels werent changed for 5 days and no toolet papers because the housekeepers came, knocked and yells at the door at 8 in the Morning! Who does that?! We specified online to have room cleaned in the afternoon. So during our entire stay we get woken up at 8 am by yelling housekeepers. Where else do you get that? People still sleep at 8 am on their vacation.
