This hotel is perfectly placed in a quaint suburb of Atlanta. Spacious rooms, wonderful pool and workout area and helpful staff. One of the places I go back to again and again. Also have good breakfast and dinners served right on sight!

We were in town for a concert at the Cobb Center, Friday evening and stayed here. From Jesse checking us in a little earlier to meals served by Michael in The Public House made by Chef Adrian, we were happy with our stay. Staff was nice and friendly. The room was nice, good mattress and pillow and we slept well. The over sized furniture in the lobby had inviting areas to sit and relax created a nice, even if short getaway. Looking forward to a longer stay next time. Only draw back was we couldn't use the shuttle because there was no driver. Otherwise, absolutely complaints.

Initially it was a great stay here! My best friend and I had never been to ATL so we were amped to stay here! On our last night , we hung out downstairs at the bar and had French 75 drinks it was so fun! So much so that I forgot to put the door stopper on. The next morning , A MAN WITH A HOODIE CAME INTO OUR ROOM AND STOOD OVER OUR BED!!!!!!! once he saw that my best friend was awake he left out of our room. Honestly it’s STILL so hard to talk about but anyway we let the front desk know what happened and they were EXTREMELY nonchalant about it asking us “ are you sure it wasn’t housekeeping?” HOUSEKEEPING WOULD NEVER COME IN LIKE THAT! As if we were lying or being dramatic all they said was “ oh someone must have a key that can open any room and we’re investigating it” NO ONE WAS SORRY , NO ONE MADE US FEEL COMFORTED OR SAFE !!!! PLEASE DONT GO THERE , IT MAY BE A PLACE FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING!!!! I’m so thankful that we’re okay BUT NO THANKS TO HOTEL INDIGO!!

We had a very good experience here despite the negative reviews regarding air conditioners around this time. We arrived from Indiana and were quite a bit early (about 11 am). The hotel already had our room read and even let us make a choice on the floor we stated. Our air worked fine and there was no issue with noise. My husband went down to get our linens and things refilled and they said they would have them sent to the room, they did within 5 minutes. We had wonderful costumer service from Jesse, April and Josh (I think this was his name, tall white guy with red hair). The hotel was clean and their bar/breakfast/dinner service was awesome. The pool area was a tad bit unorganized and could use some TLC out there but the rest of our stay was great. The hotel was quiet. We didn't realize there was a shuttle to and from the game which was amazing. We got to and from the braves game quickly and easily because of this!!!! There is a decent bit of restaurants to walk too from this hotel and the area is extremely nice. There was also a section with snacks and drinks that is open 24/7 which was SUPER nice!

We had a suite for 4 nights and it was horrible. Staff was EXTREMELY UNRESPONSIVE!! Our bed never got made; between two of us, they gave us 3 clean towels when we first arrived and never brought a fresh towel. Worst of all, our air conditioning was broken. We were there for my sisters wedding and were scheduled to have makeup done in my suite and could not, because it was sweltering in there! Worst of all, reading other reviews (after our visit), they were very aware of the broken air conditioning and still put us in that room. They never called me (during or after our visit)…even though I called on numerous occasions and asked for a call back from a manager. Just Horrible!!

Hello aslipp, Thanks for choosing to stay with us and sharing feedback. We want you experience ease and comfort during your stay with us. It is saddening to know that issues with the staff service to the AC being broken simply gave a bitter taste on your stay. I am sorry for the letdown. Your review was made known to the team, and I'm confident improvements will be made to deliver complete guest satisfaction. Comments such as yours are valuable and relayed to the team to help point out areas needing additional attention. In line with this, do know that I sent you a private message to further reach out to you. Despite the setbacks mentioned in your review, I hope you find your way back to us should your travels bring you again to the area for a chance to make your stay better than the last. Best, Ronald R. The A/C unit here sounds like you are directly beside a jet engine…very loud, startling in the middle of the night! Don’t count on shuttle to transport you to/from Truist Park as advertised! Oh, they may take you there…but nobody to drive shuttle to pick you up and transport back to hotel😩. Had to get Uber! Staff are very apologetic for issues that are not new for this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.

Dear Valued Guest, On behalf of our entire team, I appreciate that you chose to stay with us at Hotel Indigo Atlanta Vinings. I am really disappointed to see your review after the great conversations that we had throughout your stay. As for the shuttle, we always offer it for Braves games; However, your visit was during a time when we did not have a full time driver on staff, so we paid for your Uber ride back to the hotel after our shuttle driver had dropped you off. We certainly would like to apologize for your experience, but I wish you had been candid with me during our in-person conversations, and we would have been glad to have made sure you had comfortable accommodations in a different guestroom. Take Care, Josh Derry Front Office Manager

We planned our vacation for several months. After covid we needed to be able to get back to some normalcy. We arrive a little before 3 and was told that because they had a full house on Sunday the rooms wouldn’t be ready until 3. We came back in at 3 to be told the rooms were still not ready and it would be about 20 more minutes, it was 4:55 when our room was done. While checking in they could only find one room that I had booked and then was told that I should have never booked with a third party vendor. I was lucky I even had a room. Then she FOUND my other room. Both booked and pId for together at the same time on the same booking number. I had to call at 9:45 that night to get towels and wash clothes. We had none. The second night I heard the girl telling a man the same story she told us about her room. I realize they don’t have or can’t get help but it is just crazy.this morning when I checked out the computers were down so I didn’t receive receipts and was told she would email them ASAP. As of 10:05 PM they have not been delivered.

I come to Atlanta often, most times spending my time at the Hotel Indigo Vinings (my company has a corporate rate here). This is a nice hotel, located in a great area. There is one thing I expect in a hotel - to be comfortable. Once again, my room is a sauna. No AC, no air moving. Unfortunately this happens more times than not when I stay here. I have the AC set at 60° and the temp in the room is 74°. Very disappointed once again.

Hi jwvols1, Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for posting a candid review. I was very concerned to read your comments regarding the air conditioning and room comfort. I understand your dismay and I am sorry. This is not the way we make travel inspiring. I will make sure to share your comments with our team for the necessary improvements needed on our end. I appreciate you as our guest and I still hope you would give us another chance in the future. Orlando A. Case Manager IHGService

My cousin is a nurse so I bring her to town 1x a month to allow her a reprieve, rest and relaxation. Hotel Indigo Atlanta - Vinings has been our go to spot and we have been more than pleased with our past stays. That changed with our most recent visit on 3/18/21. What used to be a peaceful, calm oasis with mature guests suddenly was replaced with the exact opposite experience. Our floor reeked of weed the entire stay. Kids were running around everywhere unattended and without masks. Guests played loud music into the wee hours of the night. It was in a word...appalling. I had the pleasure of speaking with the Corporate Sales Director, Drew, on a couple of occasions during my visit and he shared with me some improvements that he plans to make in due time such as microwaves and fridges in each room (currently you have to request them and hope that they're available). That's awesome but more pressing is the decline in clientele. I am not sure how to fix that as that is not my area of expertise so I'll leave that to the experts and hope they figure it out. Upon checkout, even the staff commented that things have, "gone downhill". I couldn't agree more. What a shame. We won't we back anytime soon and I've book my cousin's April 2021 visit at the nearby Embassy Suites.

Hi AtlSocialite, It was our pleasure to have you and your cousin as our guests. The comfort and convenience of our guests have always been our main priority, and it is disheartening to learn that we fell below par during your stay. I am sorry you did not enjoy your hotel experience because of the overall condition of the hotel, noise issues, and disturbing aroma. We pride ourselves on giving 100% every day to ensure that we meet our customers’ needs. I have shared your comments with the hotel management as a reference for the enhancement of our hotel features and lodging experience. Again, thank you for your feedback and visit. We’d love to provide you an exceptional hotel encounter with us all around on your next stopover. Warmest regards, Zel N. Case Manager IHGService
