Mr. Christian, the Front Office Mgr. provided exceptional customer service... He made sure that we had an amazing stay... We were greeted with a warm welcome, received great accommodations as Titanium Marriott members... The Club Lounge is closed on weekends, so we were given breakfast coupons and complimentary drink coupons... At check in, he inquired if we needed late check out the next day... He is kind, warm and ensures you feel like you belong there... At the same time, he was training a new team member and she is clearly under his wings... Also, the front door team is very attentive... Z-man was very helpful and attentive as well...

...The staff is outstanding—from valet to check-in staff, to room service and cleaning as well as the restaurant attendants. I think the entire staff always remember us and asks about updates of our lives and that of our family... The (indoor) pool and exercise areas cover all of your exercise needs... We always appreciate the morning snacks they have prepared for runners to fuel us up before start time...

Truly exceptional service given at this hotel. The staff was very responsive to all of my requests and and never hesitated to provide everything that was asked for... Housekeeping was even done without requesting it which is becoming a rarity these days... The lounge provided good options for morning breakfast and lite fare in the evening... Second time I’ve stayed here during my visits to the Atlanta area...

Staff at the bar are not interested in their customers, which did not used to be the case...

When I tell you this man (the bell captain) made us feel right at home and talked to us like we had known him for awhile... Mr Hassan Khan is hands down the best I ‘ve ever seen I can’t wait to come back to this hotel !... I told them prior to coming that we were celebrating my son’s birthday and Mr Morris even arranged for my son to have a birthday treat delivered to the room!... Hands down ratings or stars don’t always justify the quality of service it’s the people that work there at the hotel that make the hotel great!... I visited the spa while staying at the hotel. I received the Calm Down massage- Charmaine was awesome!... Diem was very thoughtful and made sure I was comfortable and pleased with the pedicure... From the time I stepped into the spa there was hospitality and care... If you are visiting a spa please be considerate of others patrons and respect the silence in the room...

Extremely nice hotel with an awesome staff!... The bathroom was spacious and the shower was very nice... We had the buffet breakfast downstairs that was really good as well... We didn’t get to use the pool/spa or any other services but my guess is that they would have exceeded our expectations like the rest of the hotel... They were in the process of repairing the parking structure which made it a bit tricky to access the parking garage at times but I can’t fault them for improving something...

The staff is outstanding—from valet to check-in staff, to room service and cleaning as well as the restaurant attendants... The view overlooks all of the Buckhead shopping experiences that await...
