I'm a Marriott loyalist and travel weekly for work. I've been to all types of Marriot hotels and when appropriate I stay at the Ritz. By far this is the worst Ritz I've stayed at. The rooms are small and cramped, but I can get past that if the bed is good. However, that was a disappointment as well. This...

I booked this hotel VERY last minute, having been stranded at Atlanta airport trying to make my connecting flight home, when my flight was cancelled last minute. Myself and 3000 other passengers got stranded April 6. My first night, I was at another hotel, but they ran out of rooms. I was sick, got sick on a Caribbean cruise, then...

Let me start by saying I am a Marriott platinum member and always stay at Marriott's or one of their brands. In this case my company was hosting a meeting at this Hotel. I made sure my number was in the reservation and off I went to experience the Atlanta Ritz-Carlton. My room was on the 5th floor with a...

We just returned from a very brief stay in Atlanta and opted to be downtown on this occasion, so stayed at this Ritz. The service everywhere is either good or very good and all the staff we encountered went out of their way to be helpful. I really liked the warmth and friendliness exhibited by many of them - a...

My husband and I stayed here one night for an event downtown. The staff was friendly and very attentive - exactly what we expected from a luxury hotel. We had a king room which was relatively large and spacious. Cocktails at Lumen were great, and the bar staff were professionals who made us feel welcome and right at home.

The hotel itself was true in form to classic luxury decor. Modern restaurant with eclectic cocktails and delicious cuisine. The soups were particularly nice. The rooms have nice views overlooking Centennial Olympic Park and the ferric wheel. A very convenient location to all of downtown Atlanta, Ponce City Market and Midtown Atlanta. Fun chocolates and candies offered in dishes in...

Fabulous property! The rooms were very spacious, with lovely views of the city. The lobby was always busy, but they had nice treats every afternoon to come back to. All staff members were courteous and helpful. This location is very close (walking distance) to many Atlanta attractions. Valet was also very quick with the vehicle every time we needed it....

The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the room décor. Being the Ritz you expect an superior room experience. The room was a little outdated on its appearance. I would also not recommend room 1018. The A\C seemed to be releasing a musty smell. I did not complain to the desk as I should have but...

My husband and I have stayed on the concierge level several times and are always amazed by the service and attention. This weekend we took our youngest son and his wife to celebrate both my birthday and his. Every single person who works there is polite, attentive and friendly and greets you by name. They made us feel extremely special....
