Valet parking is $50.00 per night and was secure but not easy. The room was clean but the seal on the door was not placed correctly. The staff was friendly enough but aside from the staff at the conference did not go out of the way to be helpful. Again valet was the only staff that seemed somewhat incompetent but even they were helpful enough.

I recently stayed for 3 nights for a business conference. Originally booked a 2 queen room, and at checkin was offered the opportunity to upgrade to a "corner king" for $10 per night. At such a cheap rate I went for it, which was a great decision. The room was in the International Tower on the 9th floor, and was spacious, clean and updated. Had a nice sitting area with a chaise and large table perfect for eating or working in a more relaxing setting than the desk. See photo. I will say the layout of the room was a little odd in that the bathroom was quite small while there was a giant foyer/entry-type area that was just wasted space. They could have made the bathroom twice as big and eliminated that dead space, but that's just a minor observation. Just be aware that only one person at a time can be getting ready in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Currently, housekeeping does not service the room for stays 3 nights or shorter - that didn't bother me (actually prefer it on a business trip), but just take note. The only minor downside of the room itself was that the windows do not keep out noise well - my particular room was located above the hotel drop-off circle, and the valet/traffic director folks used whistles that were very loud at all hours of the day and night. I typically sleep with earplugs so it wasn't really an issue, but I could see that if someone didn't use earplugs, it could be bothersome. I'll also note that multiple colleagues of mine stayed in the Radius tower, and complained that the rooms were very very small. One six-foot tall friend noted that he had to move the trashcan in order to have room for his feet when he sat down on the toilet. They don't tell you explicitly which tower your room is in at booking, but the descriptions and square footage do differ, and based on other travelers' reviews I figured out that the smaller ones are generally in the Radius Tower. The Hyatt website describes the Radius rooms in such a way that you'd be tempted to think they're better ("private entrance, updated, etc."), but I'm not sure that's true. My advice would be look at the square footage and go for the larger rooms. Or just book the corner king straight away. My only true complaint about the stay was the quality of the hotel food. I'm not looking for a gourmet experience in a hotel, but the food at the bar and the quick-grab market had restaurant-level prices for an extremely mediocre product. The coffee bar was also frequently understaffed after the morning rush. Waited almost half an hour for a coffee mid-afternoon because they had a single employee who I swear moved in slow motion (have never seen anyone work this slowly) despite a line of 20 customers. TL;DR - Nice corner rooms in International Tower; Avoid Radius Tower; go elsewhere for food.

You’ll pay $300 for a room per night with no daily room service or water in the rooms!!! We politely asked for daily room service and they told us they would see what they could do. The hotel is loud also. You can hear noise from the bar in the lobby. It echoes the whole way up.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 5 nights. I was told upon check-in they only clean rooms every 4 days. Not great but if I needed something I could text the front desk and it arrived. The room was clean in appearance but when the air was off it had a dirty sock smell. Not so great. My biggest issue with the hotel was the inability to get any sleep on the weekend. People drive slingshots thru town and sometimes have impromptu concerts from 10pm to 3pm and the police do nothing. You hear them race up and down the street all hours of the night on weekends. My other issue is safety. The entire area is surrounded by homeless the smell of urine is over the top. The hotel is full of security, but it did not stop a homeless person bothering me in the "Market". The staff did not know what to and the cashier went in the back to find someone and left me there with the man bothering me. It was very uncomfortable. They need a system for what to do in that case. It is a shame because the staff in the hotel were mostly friendly and try hard to accommodate guests. No the pool was still not open when we left.

I paid a lot of $ for a conference stay of 5 days. Room never cleaned in 5 days of stay. The rest of the hotel and experience was great except that. Was a little scary to have homeless people on sidewalk within the 1st block of leaving hotel.

I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The room was clean and modern, although it was much smaller than I imagined it would be. Fine for one person though. The room had a large flat screen TV that was nice. It had a lounge chair and another small chair and small desk that were right next to the bed. The bed was firm, a little too firm for my preference, but I usually sleep on a 3" pillowtop at home. No bathtub, but a stand up shower instead (which I prefer), but it was not large. I was there for a conference. Breakfast usually included real cage free eggs which I think is a plus. None of the food for breakfast or lunch included any allergen warnings which kind of sucked for me. The hotel was located on Peachtree Street about 4 blocks from the Aquarium. There was also a sky bridge to a mall with a large food court and a CVS attached to the food court. I thought that was very convenient. The onsite gym was very nice. I did not eat at any of the restaurants or bars in the building.

NO POOL (They claim they were waiting for county approval to open) Who waits until May 15th in Atlanta, GA to open their pool? AREA The surrounding area is a little sketchy. I really question having a conference here. Not the hotel's fault but the College Football Hall of Fame was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Staff was very good which helped keep the rating up. Sincerely Greg Carnes

My stay here was better than expected, being that it was downtown amongst the roaming vagabonds. Security was tight and kept beggars on property entry way, AWAY! I felt safe traveling and staying here alone as an older woman.

This was a great place and great experience. Very clean and nice. The shower was a plus! Besides not being able to see a front side balcony view everything else was exceptional. Most definitely in my top 3 hotels.

Stayed here for my birthday. There’s a fridge with no refreshments. Food from the restaurent tasted mediocre. For the three nights I stayed there was no housekeeping. With all I payed for my stay, I would have rather stayed somewhere else. Brighter side, members were nice. The check in was rather quick and the app is very useful, I do recommend downloading it. It is very close to a lot attractions in Atalanta. Lastly, the fitness center was great! View from room was beautiful. Lots of lights in the room, bed was really comfty and I had no trouble sleeping.
