I was very unsatisfied with the parking situation during my stay. I am a single female and had to park in a parking garage down the street and had to walk to the hotel. This is a problem and needs to be addressed asap. There needs to be a shuttle, or why could the valet drive my car to the other parking lot? Left a lot to be desired to stay there again. I don't want to walk with suitcases from an outside parking garage, up a hill, crossing streets, to a hotel.

Elevators take forever and it just be a pile up of ppl waiting. Bathrooms are really small. The lady who works in the store in the hotel is rude and so eager to close. Room service was okay but I put a sign on the door when I left and they still came in

One of the nicest hotels you will find. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and quiet. Food and drink service were first class. If you are visiting the City of Atlanta you have to stay at this property.

Everything was perfect, service, cleanliness, location and value. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The location was fantastic. The room was perfectly clean and very spacious. The rooms were well insulated from noise. All of this at a very affordable price especially when comparing to nearby hotels. I will definately stay here again next time i am visiting Atlanta and will recommend the Hyatt Regency to anyone that i know that will travel to Atlanta. Thank you!

This is a historic Hyatt, once of the first that welcomed integration in Atlanta and the South. The hotel's lobby is grand with multiple seating areas, a restaurant and a coffee shop. Located next to everything. Close to all MARTA lines. In the midst of downtown walkable to many restaurants. The room I was assigned was incredibly spacious and clean. Great comfortable bed, with 2 sides of floor to ceiling windows. A separated bedroom and spacious living room - and sink and kitchen area. Toiletries were great. Loved the hotel room and excellent Chromecast features that were easy to link to a computer. Beautiful big TVs. Great plug options. COVID rates were starting to pick up again so I wasn't eager to spend a lot of time in unmasked common areas. I was able to enjoy the gym masked, though it was packed to the gills. There were two major downsides. Atlanta doesn't abide by the clean air act and so the pool area was often also filled with smokers. Not exactly where I'd want to spend my day. At busy times of the day it was hard to get service in the common areas (check in, check out, and the coffee shop. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.…

I had to change rooms 3 times over 7 days because of TV issues which were never resolved. The management team did not accommodate the situation to my liking. There is a bunch of homeless people hanging around the outside of the building, which makes it feel unsafe. At times the wait for an elevator could be 10 to 15 minutes depending on crowds.

The hotel was lovely and was everything we expected from a four-star property. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it because of its unsafe location downtown. We witnessed an auto theft occur on hotel grounds and were harassed by street people whenever we went outside.

I .look forward staying there AGAIN... The hotel was the HIGH LIGTH of my trip. The only complain was the parking! The valet parking lot was full and I had to go around the corner. Short walk however in the rain, wind and cold it was not the best time.

Room had a lot of garbage on the floor upon arrival. Clothes steamer not readily available, despite being told so. Elevator wait is often over 10 minutes, so plan ahead, even if your conference is held there! Luke warm showers. Bedside lamp and remote were not functioning.

It is safe to venture out into the city during the day. The hotel's resteraunt was excellent with great service!. Room was nice. If you're there for a conference plan on up to 30 minutes for the elevator to arrive to take you from your room to the lobby or conference area.
