Everything was great. The staff was very professional from the time of arrival until departure. The shuttle service provided made things so convenient, as I didn't have to drive my car the entire time there. Loved it!!
Great stay at Hampton Inn. The breakfast was great. Loved the fresh squeezed juices and homemade yogurt. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. Easy check in and checkout. Overlooked to campus of Georgia Tech.
I was very disappointed that the hotel advertised free WiFi access in the room I booked, but was unable to connect to the WiFi. When I reported the difficulty to the front desk, I was told that I was not the only guest experiencing a problem and to just keep trying . I never was able to access the WiFi or Internet I my entire 3 day stay at this hotel.
Booked 2 rooms: given room 515 and 517. Room 515 was extremely hot. We couldn't get the heat/cooling system to work. Daughter screamed thought there was a bug on my pillow sticking out from pillow case. So, took pillow w case to bathroom to check it out (took picture). Grabbed tissue to pull whatever this thing was off pillow. Well, it was part of someone's hair weave (took picture). Upon check out next day let front desk know of both situations and tried show pictures. They wouldn't acknowledge the issues. Just handed me the print outs and started to speak to whomever was next in line.
The hotel is close to downtown and Georgia Tech. Staff exceptionally friendly. On a busy street so street noise is an issue. Room very clean and comfortable. Close to many landmarks. Breakfast was the usual Hampton buffet.
