The Twelve Midtown is centrally located and the property itself is beautiful. My room was incredibly comfortable, clean (extra important during these challenging times), and the associates could not have provided better service. Saint and Elondra, were both more than accommodating, and are exemplary associates for the Twelve Midtown. I will be back again!

We stayed at this property tonight and it has been a nightmare. Parties going on with loud music above us, so we asked management to get security to the rooms. Front desk delayed in doing this and then claimed it had security go to the rooms (there are several being rented for partying, with strong smell of illegal marijuana there). Then management told us the music was coming from the restaurant. My husband went downstairs and the bar does not have any music - plus it is clearly coming from above us. People are coming and going in the hallways and to/from the rooms without masks, in violation of the posted Marriott policy for this property. Management denied this as well. I have reported this shoddy treatment and behaviour by management to Marriott Corporate Customer Service but I doubt there will be a response. We also asked to be moved to another room and were told that would not be done either. Clearly this property just wants to rent rooms out to keep business, even business that violates Marriott’s own policies and tolerates illegal drug us on the property. We are Platinum members and this is the treatment we get. I’d like my pints credited back to my account for this stay.

The service was horrible. Upon arrival, there where guests acting in a horrible manner. The people next door to us where smoking, and what appeared to be selling drugs, and being loud. It was so bad we had to check out immediately. Instead of management completely refunding our reservation they charged us a day and half. Horrible hotel, horrible customer service. This is a so-called luxury hotel but it is by far from it. The clientele that they serve is awful.

I was excited to stay at the Twelve, myself and a few friends were set to attend a festival at Atlantic Station (where the hotel is located) and decided it would be fun to stay the night before in one of the 2 bedroom balcony suites....... now I regret that decision. Checking in: We were given our keys but none of them work so we had to drag our luggage back down to the front desk and wait in line to get new keys made. Room: We booked (and paid for) a balcony room but the room we were given didn't have a balcony. It had a door that opened onto a section of roof (think strips of tar paper) and had a railing to prevent anyone from actually going out of the door. Additionally, the roof section had quite a tall wall around the edge of the roof so we couldn't actually see much skyline. The "living area" was rather odd, it was a 30 wall of white pain with a TV hung off center. It contained a small sofa and a table with 2 chairs and that was it. Certainly the worst part of the stay was an incident that happened late in the evening, around 11pm. My friends and I were watching a comedy and were laughing out loud, the phone rang and when I answered it was the front desk. There had been a noise complaint called in about us, and I realized we had, in fact, been pretty loud which was inconsiderate with it being so late. I told the guy from the front desk that we were sorry and would try and keep the noise down, his reply was "No, you WILL keep the noise down or I will come up there and physically eject you from this hotel" I'll be honest, I've traveled for work for most of the last 25 years. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels but have never had a member of a hotel's staff talk to me so rudely or threaten me with physically.... I was too stunned to speak. I stood there, probably 10 seconds after the guy had hung up just shocked at how he had spoken to me! As you can imagine, this is not a hotel I'll ever stay at again.....

Stayed here with friends while visiting the area. We all enjoyed a relaxing stay. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were nicely appointed. We did have some confusion with parking but that was quickly resolved. Overall a wonderful stay.
