A/C was weak - the room was very warm. Hotel was noisy! People yelling in the hall, slamming doors. Room was clean. Check in and check out was easy. The pillows were very uncomfortable. One towel was dirty, but there were others that were clean.
Needs a thorough cleaning... dusting, new towels, carpet Better pillows please clean the air vents Food tasted good for breakfast and dinner.. Starbucks- no real barista fixing drinks. Take away that name.
I had my room booked several months earlier for a wedding event. I was confirmed with a reservation number. After traveling 8 hours to the hotel I was told they were sold out and did not have a room for us. I couldn't understand how this could happen. I am booked and confirmed, this is not possible. So they put us in a Hampton Inn hotel 10 mins away. They informed me that they would correct the mistakes and have a room for me to check in the next day. Well the next day I finally received a room around 8 pm, inexcusable. This was my sisters wedding, and the location of the wedding reception. This was a horrible experience. Hyatt you can do better!
This is a great location if you desire to stay in the Atlanta Perimeter area. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. It is not a hotel that I would recommend for dining or pool atmosphere, but the rooms and lobby bar are quite satisfactory.
I have stayed at this hotel many times as it is in a convenient location for my business trips. This time I was disappointed in lack of service, over bearing stench of chemical/perfume in my room. The pool is great but there were no towels for guests to use. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean but that smell was overwhelming. The front desk was left unattended for a greater part of 20 minutes as several of us were waiting to be helped. Upon her return she certainly acted as if we were " annoying " her. Not my typical stay at this location.
Room was not as clean as expected. Dust mites were on the wall which caused our allergies to flare up. I don’t think the carpet in the rikm was even vacuumed beforehand. We also found a dirty towel left u under the sink.
This hotel is really nice. The room had a ver nice walk in shower for my parents that are disabled. The Beds were also super comfortable. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed staying at this hotel even if it was only for one night.
There were many cleanliness issues with the room. There was clothing left behind from previous residents. There were food stains on the floor and wall. Also, the shower grout was really dirty. Everything else was fine. Parking is $14 dollars a day.
Loved everything about the hotel my only concern and problem was the ac didn’t work our whole stay and other rooms had the same issue.staff was helpful and rooms were big and super clean I would recommend
OK there were some downers it appears the only access to Coffee or breakfast is Burntcoffebucks or a 20 dollar buffet One elevator out of service and the coffeemaker in the room. But the manager stepped in bought breakfast or coffee and a sandwich which was good. The staff is nice so yeah much better than I imagined Water pressure is minimal
