Middle of the city so close to everything! Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful! Not the quietest but it is right downtown so that can be expected! They have 24/7 on site security. Overall it was nice, clean, and a friendly environment!

This is not an exaggeration. Please listen to me and NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL! There are much better options in the area for not much more per night. The first red flag was seeing the security guard smoking weed with a group of people chilling out in the parking lot. Nothing against smoking weed, but ON THE JOB? There were also a host of odd characters hanging around. Someone was doing their laundry in the parking lot, beating the clothes against milk crates. Several people stopped and talked to me and they all had sores on their face and just looked shady. The office was actually decent looking and the young man at the desk was very nice and gave great customer service, so I was starting to not worry as much. However, this was short lived. My room literally looked like something from a horror movie. When I turned on the lights, a dozen or so roaches scattered. The light flickered like a strobe light and I just started laughing in disbelief. I checked the bed, pulling back the duvet. Cigarette burns all over it. I went deeper into the hotel and noticed all sorts of damage to the floor (huge chunks of flooring/tile missing), damage to the walls (sheets of wallpaper missing, seemingly ripped away). I’d already decided to not stay in the hotel when I saw the roaches, so I continued on in sick fascination. I had no idea a hotel could be THIS bad. There was a kitchen that actually looked pretty useful, but it was filthy. I turned on the kitchen light and it also flickered. Checked the shower and it looked like something from an abandoned building. I’m currently working on getting a refund through my bank because the hotel was unwilling to issue a refund, however this hotel never answers the phone, so this is an ongoing process. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I BEG YOU! The only thing I regret more than booking this horror movie hotel is the fact that I didn’t take pictures and videos as proof for years later when I tell this story to my children.

Then they allow no visitors that is after the fact They did not want tp lyft or even a taxi to come om property after dark. So u can image for 114.38 how i felt. I will not be goung back.
