Hotel's Favorite
the property is in an active part of town with restaurants, and local supermarkets, and attractions within walkin distance or a short uber ride. I would also suggest the e-vehicles (bird, lyft, etc) as a mode of transportation. As for the hotel the breakfast was great. The customer service was great, and the maintenance and assistance of the room was great. Out of the hilton hotels I have stayed at for the price, location, and service this was one of the best.

I am definitely not impressed with the hotel for the price . No where near as nice as the pictures , definitely needs some cleaning & sprucing up . Won’t be staying again . The parking situation is a joke as well

Was unable to deliver most basic of tasks... Accurate Billing. Contacted hotel and corporate several times to obtain an accurate/itemized invoice, and was passed back and forth between the two multiple times (each time having to recite the same information). I have still yet to receive such after several days.

I can accept that being on a 14 lane highway with 6 feeder lanes will not be the quietest stay..... The hotel is clean and the bar area is excellent but the rooms need to be refurbished. There is no room safe which is most unusual these days but the coffee supplies were never restocked and the rooms when being serviced were no more than the bed being sort of pulled up like a 14 year old offspring does (which I see on a regular basis at home). Toiletries were not refreshed and toilet rolls were obviously an optional extra. As a Hilton Honours member of some standing, my expectations were not met.
