Casendra(spell check) and Honor are the sweetest and are always helpful and understanding. Honestly all the employees here are great! Always smiling and never have an attitude about helping. The housekeepers does a great job throughout the entire extended stay. You will always see them out working inside and outside. The environment is Beautiful, mainly because of the employees here.

The most disgusting place I've stayed in my life. The most incompetent staff, led by the most inept manager (they certainly didn't send their best here!). If you can ever even FIND them at the front desk to be able to check-in, pay, get your mail, make exchanges, etc... Who knows what they're doing-- certainly not laundry (they'll frequently tell you to come back because it's not ready while having mountains of it piled up in the laundry room) or ordering special supplies like TOILET PAPER! Yes, that's right. They regularly run out of toilet paper. They're always too busy congregating in the backroom or some other place, like smoking at the entrance, to do their jobs, regularly missing package deliveries too (4 times, 3 days in a row recently!). They'll mess up the billing, they no longer provide coffee nor other breakfast items as promised on virtually every place their brand is present, along with the pool being closed, fitness room being closed, etc. and, rather than lowering their rates as a result, instead sent out a notice at the beginning of summer that they were going to raise them. They have the worst WiFi of any hotel I've stayed in, which is the same AWFUL service when you pay extra for it! I had to go to Boston Market when things were open and then had to buy a hotspot for work when everything shutdown-- seriously, McDonald's has more reliable service than this place. They make no effort to enforce their supposed "mask requirement" with neither most of their staff nor the guests (completely laissez-faire-- trashy people constantly hanging out in the lobby and the entryway completely uncovered, one day people are covered the next they're not, etc.), among whom regularly includes ex-cons and women who take part in the "world's oldest profession." I'd liken it to an eternal sick day, because you'd think Jerry Springer and Maury dumped all their guests off here after filming! They sit by and let junked-out, broken down cars sit out in the parking lot for months along with letting it double as a repair shop. They let their employees and workers alike sit outside (sometimes even sitting on the trashcan, as previously mentioned) blowing smoke into people's faces at the entrance (extra fun during a pandemic of a disease spread by vapors!). They do nothing about the constantly loud, screaming, cussing guests, slamming doors who carryon at all hours of the night and disturb the few of us who actually work for a living. They do nothing about the numerous loud, barking dogs (when you call, all you get is a "They paid for it!" As though I didn't too?). The incompetence goes all the way up too, as I tried to contact the district manager about all of this and he never had the courtesy nor the professionalism to call me back until I sent in a customer "satisfaction" survey. It figures though. From top to bottom, this place is a total and utter blight. Sleep in your car instead, it'll be safer and you'll have better WiFi access.

Stayed a few days. Quiet and clean. Housekeeping only at your request. Utensils at your request. No hot biscuit breakfast here. Coffee, granola and muffins. But the fridge allows for you to store your meals. The only complaint was about the pool. Kids said their were insects and creepy crawlers in there.

Hope I have the correct Extended Stay America...the one we sadly booked was at 2010 Powers Ferry Road in Atlanta. Very shabby and certainly not a place we would ever want to come back to. From the comments already posted, one can tell that Extended Stay America "hotels" or whatever they are, are places one should not book. Just plain awful.

The location of the property was good. The room decor was also fine. The problem lies in the staff and the maintenance issues. We had booked 3 rooms and we requested for rooms adjacent to each other. However that was not available as per the front office lady. We were given 2 rooms and the third room was alloted at 4 pm. We were denied rooms next to each other but within 30 minutes other guest was offered 2 adjacent rooms next to one of our rooms. So I feel there was a possibility of giving us rooms next to each other. Also the lady on the front desk was horribly rude and disrespectful to us. Rudeness doesn't work in hospitality industry. One has to be courteous to the customers. Later on the lady tried to cover her rudeness by cracking some lame jokes which didnt please us at all. Inside the room when we opened the sofa cum bed it was very dirty and not cleaned at all. The mattress was very dirty and having food particles on it. No extra pillow or blanket was available at the hotel for the third person in the room on the sofa cum bed. The front desk lady said that they are running out of pillows and blankets. Instead she gave us 2 bedsheets to be used as blankets. As a result we had to sleep 3 people on the sofa cum bed. All this in a deluxe suite which were sold as family rooms for 4 people. Even in the bathroom the water was flowing in the WC for the full night. Inspite of bringing it to notice of the front desk and they sending a person it wasn't sorted. Water drained for a full night. There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom. The bath tub had a spider crawling in it. We didnt complain to the front office because they were very rude and unhelpful. I believe the owners had no control on the staff managing this property. Breakfast was a joke. Only tea, coffee, hot chocolate, oatmeal packets and nutribars. Will not recommend this property or chain. They were worser to an ordinary motel.
