Our family stayed at this Hampton Inn due to it’s proximity to Truist Park. We attended a watch party at the stadium while the Atlanta Braves were in the playoffs. The hotel is right off 285 and very easy to find. The Battery entertainment complex is a short two block walk away. We enjoy staying at Hamptons because you generally know what to expect and this location was in line with others we have visited. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and everything was in good working order. There is an indoor pool but it was closed for maintenance. The exercise center is small but well equipped. The breakfast is scaled down due to covid but we were thankful something was provided. Overall we had a good stay and would return in the future.

So... Marlo at the front desk is a gem (yup, pronounced like Marlowe Stanfield from The Wire--gangsta). From the time she picked up the phone when I called for help to when we disconnected with exactly what I was looking for, she was a pleasure. I needed two rooms for my wife and her crew who were driving up from Florida for her 40th-- they were hours away when I got on the line with Mario (you know, husband-type last minute stuff when he said he would handle the lodging). I KNOW she's amazing because I called other places in the area as I originally was trying to get a 2 bedroom suite. Marlo was the ONLY person who picked up the phone with a smile, listened to what I needed, and when she couldn't get me a 2 bedroom or adjoining rooms (I think they have 1 bedroom suites only and they are not adjoining), she gave me the option of two rooms- 1 two queen suite and 1 two-queen studio right across from it. Perfect! Wife and friends love the hotel (I got a text from one of the ladies telling me how beautiful and clean the place was--they think I paid waaay more than I did). Adonis who checked my wife in was great as well as I wasn't there and he had me handle the entire check-in process via phone with a couple of verification questions. I called A LOT of other places around there and in typical Atlanta fashion was summarily dismissed with "we can't guarantee adjoining rooms" or "we can't tell you whether the rooms will be near each other if you book two" (huh??). Marlo put me on hold, verified it could be done as it was for a same day check-in, and even confirmed the room numbers with me before I disconnected the line. There's a reason why you all have the highest ratings of hotels in this area and I'm glad that I read the Trip Advisor reviews and didn't just think the other all-suite hotels were better. You guys are the bee's knees. Thanks for making my wife's 40th girls' weekend a hit. And that location can't be beat with a stick! Don't be overwhelmed by all these hotels in this 30339 zip-- this is the one. You're welcome, fellow travelers!!! ;-)

We had a wonderful, very relaxing stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean. Precautions taken to deter Covid gave peace of mind. The entire hotel just smelled clean! The breakfast was good. One complaint, when the signage reads: “Breakfast served from 6-10,” it should not start being removed by 9:30. We were there a bit before 9. We loved the location of this hotel. The fact that is so close to The Battery is definitely a plus, and opens up so many opportunities for dining, etc. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel staff was so friendly and gracious to our family. Everyone we came in contact with greeted us so personably. When we checked out it felt as though we were leaving friends.

My family and I came to Atlanta for a quick weekend trip and was happy to see how clean the room was with this pandemic. They also wrapped the remote letting us know that it was sanitized which was nice. What I will say is that the beds weren't really comfortable but they weren't terrible. The main thing that bothered us the most was the noise from the street/highway. IT WAS VERY NOISY throughout the night. It felt like we could hear everything/everyone passing by. If you're a light sleeper I would suggest looking for a different location. Also, I know many people have different opinions about having to wear a mask for COVID, but I know this location has masks as mandatory inside in the public areas, but the front desk representative didn't have their mask on when we checked in and I passed many people throughout our stay that weren't wearing masks either. So, if that's something that's also important to you I would probably not choose this property.

During my stay here I felt very safe, clean and sanitized a front desk agent gave me a can of aerosol spray she said just in case I wanted to reassure me the room disinfectant is up to part to make my stay comfortable during these trying times which it was the bedding and towels where white white it is sanitizer dispensers at almost every door ...
